Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones correspond to the ballpark map to the left.
Around the beginning of June, ticketholders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat. Stay tuned for emails with more information!
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. For fastest, smoothest entry download all your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

City of Norfolk Parking –
- Parking is free at MacArthur Garages and is strongly encouraged.
- Parking is credit card only for $6.00 at lots F, G, East, and Union Street Lot.
- Prepaid parking is available in Lot C, along with credit card payments upon entry for available parking spaces.
Light Rail and Ferry Transportation –
Both the Light Rail and Ferry will be Free starting at 2 pm each game day to fans with a ticket. Fans should simply show their ticket to the transit officer if/when asked. Dominion Tower lot offers pre-pay and credit card payment upon entry.
Light Rail Train Service – Four Free Park and Ride Locations (Newtown Rd, Military Highway, Ballentine Blvd., and MacArthur Square). MacArthur Square Light Rail station is just two stops from Harbor Park or a quick 15-minute walk.
- Ingress: Light Rail Trains will arrive every 10-minutes starting at 2:30 pm, one hour before the pre-game plaza opens.
- Egress: Light Rail trains will arrive every 7-8 minutes, depending on pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
- Service will run for up to two hours after the game ends.
Ferry – Ferry service will arrive every 25-30 minutes and will begin at 2:30 pm, one hour before the pre-game plaza opens. The ferry ride is about a 10-12 minutes from the North Landing Ferry Dock in Portsmouth to Harbor Park.
- Service will run for up to one hour after the game ends.

At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Fire Drill Live! —the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Fire Drill Live! features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: The fan services desk is located on the main concourse behind home plate.
First Aid: The Patient First Medical Station is located on the concourse behind Section 208/210 on the first base side. Please report all injuries, accidents, or any illnesses requiring assistance to this location. Please do not leave Harbor Park without reporting injuries.
Restrooms: Restrooms are located throughout the concourse and in the picnic area. All restrooms are ADA accessible and are equipped with Diaper Changing Stations. Family restrooms are located on the 3rd Base concourse for individuals needing assistance.
Smoking Area: Smoking, including E-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited in the seating areas, restrooms, and on the concourse at Harbor Park. Smoking, including E-cigarettes and vaping, is only allowed on designated ramps and balconies.
Umbrellas: Umbrellas are allowed at Harbor Park, but please be respectful to the sight lines of those around you.

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city, the Firefighters and the Party Animals.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on-site. Bring your appetite and treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Outside Food & Beverage: No Outside Food and Drink is allowed (one sealed water bottle per person is permitted).

meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIP Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIP Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.
Start Times:
Thursday, July 24th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Friday, July 25th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Saturday, July 26th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIP Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R,” but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” -the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
