Around mid-to-late August, ticketholders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat. Stay tuned for emails with more information!

Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map to the left. 

Pre-Game Day Assistance:

72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. For fastest, smoothest entry, please follow the steps below to add all tickets to your digital wallet.

Game Day Assistance:

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Apple Wallet

Use the steps to download your tickets into your Apple Wallet for scanning!

    1.  Log In to your Fans First Tickets Account
    2. Click Access Game Day Tickets
    3. Click Add to Apple Wallet
    4. Input your Pin or Face ID 
    5. Click Add in the Top Right Corner
    6. Go to Apple Wallet App on your Device
    7. Once your Tickets Match the Picture Above, You Are Ready to Scan! 

Google/Android Wallet

Use the steps to download your tickets into your Google Wallet for scanning!

Parking

Guests attending the Savanah Bananas events are encouraged to arrive early and utilize the Roberto Clemente Bridge for easy entry to the Federal Street Plaza activities.

The activities around the North Shore promise to make the area a popular destination this weekend. The following parking and traffic information will be helpful to those fans planning to attend the festivities.

Parking and Traffic Tips

  • All fans planning on attending events on the North Shore this weekend are strongly encouraged to download the “ParkPGH” app or visit m.parkpgh.org on mobile to check for downtown parking space availability throughout the weekend.
  • Waze, a community-based traffic and navigation app, provides fans with the most efficient routes to and from the game. Waze is the only GPS program that has PNC Park parking lots, event day traffic patterns, and street closures incorporated, providing fans with accurate directions to your specific lot with real-time traffic alerts. Download the free app from Apple’s App store and Google Play and select your specific lot before heading to the game.

The Pittsburgh T

Fans can utilize the free “T” service offered by PRT from the four downtown stations, as well as the Allegheny Station outside of Acrisure Stadium, to the North Side Station just outside of PNC Park’s Edgar Snyder & Associates Home Plate Gate.

Guests attending the Savanah Bananas events are encouraged to utilize Gateway Station and walk over the Roberto Clemente Bridge for easy entry to the Federal Street Plaza activities.

For example, fans are encouraged to park at the PPG Paints Arena lots and ride the “T” to several stations around the North Shore for free. Also, fans who prefer to park west of Allegheny Avenue can ride the “T” for free from the Allegheny Station outside of Acrisure Stadium to the North Side Station outside of PNC Park.

North Shore Parking:

North Shore Parking is available via surface parking lots and parking garages. Several methods are available to purchase parking passes on the North Shore, which include purchasing a parking pass, or paying with a credit card upon arrival in the North Shore. Lot-specific navigation links and details regarding purchasing a digital parking pass are detailed here.

  • North Shore/Blue 10 Garage – Entrances located on E General Robinson Street and Sandusky Street
  • Champions Garage – Entrances located on W General Robinson Street and North Shore Drive
  • Nova Place Garage – Entrances located on South Commons
  • Canal Lot – Entrance on Federal Street
  • West General Robinson St. Garage/Red 5 Garage – Entrances located on Reedsdale Street, Tony Dorsett Drive or W General Robinson Street

Downtown Parking:

  • First Avenue Garage – Free “T” service
  • PPG Paints Arena in the Lower Hill District and nearby parking facilities – Enter from Centre Avenue via I-579 or HOV OR Free “T” — Walk 2- blocks to the Steel Plaza Station and take the free “T” to PNC Park.
  • Grant Street Transportation Center (near Convention Center) – Enter via Penn Avenue or 12th Street from the 10th Street bypass.
  • Station Square, Gateway Clipper Shuttle Boats – The Gateway Clipper will take fans directly to PNC Park from this location. Children 6 and under are free.
  • Fulton Avenue Lot – This lot is located on the north side of the West End Bridge. Fans can ride the free “T” from the Allegheny Station.

FOR FANS OVER 21:

  • Rivers Casino Garage – Parking is available in the Rivers Casino Garage. Due to Rivers Casino policy, everyone in the vehicle must be 21 years or older to enter the garage. Fans can ride the free “T” from the Allegheny Station or enjoy the walk to PNC Park via the River Walkway.

 

Entry Policy

The PNC Park bag policy is designed to enhance the safety of all fans entering PNC Park as well as streamline the ballpark entry process to provide fans with a safe and enjoyable game day experience.

Bag Policy: Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark (purses, fanny packs, backpacks, etc.) provided that the bag is soft-sided and 16” x 16” x 8” or smaller. Bags exceeding these dimensions will not be permitted inside the ballpark. All bags are subject to search.

Security Screenings: The safety of our Guests will always be the Pirates’ top priority. Every Guest will need to be screened before entering PNC Park. Guests will not need to remove items such as mobile phones, wallets, and keys unless instructed for a secondary screening.

Re-Entry: Please note that there is no re-entry once a guest has exited PNC Park.

Safety Regulations: For the comfort and security of all our Guests, we do not allow Guests to enter PNC Park with weapons of any kind, hazardous, and/or disruptive items. Samples of these items that are not permitted in the ballpark include balloons, Bluetooth speaker, drones, electric scooter, fireworks, footballs, Frisbee discs, hoverboards, inflatable balls, laser pointers, motorcycle helmets and weapons of any kind. The Pirates reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and/or containers.

Plaza

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.

At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Before the Peel—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour and a half before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!

You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!

The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and utilize the Roberto Clemente Bridge for easy entry to the Pre-Game plaza.

    Fan Services: The Main Guest Relations/ Fan Services Office is located at the bottom of the Home Plate Rotunda. It will operate from the time the gates open until the midpoint of the game (Banana Ball Staff representation). Any fan needing accommodations can visit us at one of these accessible locations to request assistance.

    First Aid: Guests can receive medical treatment by visiting First Aid locations located on the Main Concourse at Section 115 and on the Upper Concourse at Section 315. 

    Cashless Policy: Bank ATMs are located behind Section 119 on the Main Concourse and behind Section 225 on the Club Level.

    Cash to Card Machines are located behind Section 119 on the Main Concourse and behind 319 on the Upper Concourse.

    Smoking: Using tobacco products of any kind including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco is prohibited. 

    Strollers: We prohibit strollers and wheelchairs on our escalators and ask that guests who have these items with them use the elevators or rotundas throughout PNC Park.

    Merchandise Locations

    Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

    Food and Beverage

    Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself. 

    Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

    Outside Food & Beverage: Guests are permitted to bring bottled water and food into PNC Park. Water bottles should not exceed 24 ounces in size, and must be clear, plastic, sealed and disposable. Children’s juice boxes and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages, sports drinks, cans, glass bottles and thermoses are not allowed. Outside food and beverage is not permitted entry into the RE/MAX Select Realty Home Plate Club, Suite Level or Left Field Lounge areas.

    Ada Accessibility

    Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is fulfilled on a first come, first-served basis. The get in touch with our team, please fill out this Form.

    Drop-Off Areas: A drop-off zone is located near the ballpark along Mazeroski Way.

    Wheelchair Services: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to transport guests to their seating location. If a wheelchair is needed for the duration of the event guests can provide a valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification, such as a valid driver’s license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card, as a deposit.

    Upon arrival, guests can arrange for a wheelchair at any entrance by reaching out to any Game Day Team Member.

    VIB meet and greet experience ticket holders

    What It Is: The VIB Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIB Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.

    Start Times:

    Friday, August 29: 3:30pm – Meet and Greet start time

    Saturday, August 30: 3:30pm – Meet and Greet start time

    Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIB Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.

    *If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!

    Dunkin' Appearance

    Your favorite Banana Ball players and cast members will be serving up coffee, donuts, and dance moves at a local Dunkin’. If you’re in the area and want to have a little extra Banana Ball fun, come on through to Dunkin’.

    Weather

    We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to. 

    “It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.

    Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled. 

    9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show! 

    Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
