If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark, as well as in the plaza before the gates open.

Parking
Please allow sufficient time before the event for your travel and parking. Boise traffic is often busier around Albertsons Stadium in relation to events. Plenty of parking will be available around the stadium and in visitor parking spaces around the campus. Once you arrive on campus, signs will help direct you to the stadium. Alternatively, you can request help from university staff and security.
Parking is at your own risk! The university does not claim responsibility for any damages to your vehicle that is not the fault of university staff.

ADA parking: Accessible parking is available on a first come, first served basis at Albertsons Stadium on game days. Locations include the East and West Stadium Lots, Engineering and Technology Reserved Lot, west side ground floor of Lincoln Avenue Garage and Brady Street Garage.
- The ADA shuttle service will be available from the Lincoln and Brady garages
- Vehicles parking in accessible parking locations must display a state issued accessible license plate. The registrant of said plate card must be present with the vehicle.
Entry Policy
Fans are permitted to bring one clear plastic or vinyl bag, package or container that does not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 inches; a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag; or a purse, bag or clutch no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Prohibited bags include but are not limited to large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Beverages, Food & Containers: No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into Albertsons Stadium.
Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted to fans who have entered and exited Albertsons Stadium.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Fan Services Location: A Ticket Help station will be available in the plaza area before gates open.
First Aid: Medical Personnel are located throughout Albertsons Stadium. The First Aid station will be underneath the south end zone. Underneath section 33
Cashless Facility: Albertsons Stadium will only accept credit/debit cards, phone payment apps, and prepaid debit cards. All ATMs have been removed. Reverse ATMs have been added to convert cash to prepaid debit cards at no cost to patrons.
Smoking Policy: Boise State is a tobacco free campus. No use of any tobacco products including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, hookah, or other water pipe devices, will not be allowed for use on University property.
Bag check: A free bag check is available at each entry point, at no cost to the patrons. Strollers will not be allowed inside Albertsons Stadium. They can be checked in at any of our bag check locations

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

K Club Member Exclusive Perks
K Club, who wants to win some prizes!?!?!?!
Due to the way that the stadium is set up this weekend in Boise, we won’t have an exclusive zone available for us. This means there will be no separate K Club area in the plaza or inside the ballpark. We will, however, have the K Club tent set up to give out the DIY posters, but it will be out in the general plaza rather than within a dedicated K Club space. The tent will be open from 2:30pm-3:30pm on Saturday, August 1st. Use the Plaza Map below to find the K Club tent.
To add to the already fun weekend, we’ll be giving out prizes and experiences via a raffle (linked below). Members who enter the raffle will have the chance to win exclusive Banana Ball experiences and prizes throughout game day.

banana ball backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!
Start Times:
Friday, July 31st: 3:30pm
Saturday, August 1st: 2:30pm
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
