Pre-Game Day Assistance:

24 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet.

Game Day Assistance:

If you have any issues with downloading tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. Parking

Bank of America is in the heart of Uptown Charlotte with a variety of transportation options to get you to the stadium on gameday.

We highly encourage you to get to the area early in the day. Your game ticket will get you access to the Official Pre-Game Party Plaza starting at 2pm outside the stadium.

Here are your transportation options as recommended by the City of Charlotte and Bank of America Stadium:

The City of Charlotte advises fans to pick up and drop off using their preferred rideshare app at the corner of Third and Church Streets, next to Romare Bearden Park.

Charlotte Area Transit System:  The Charlotte Area Transportation System (CATS) has a variety of trains and busses that will pick you up throughout the city and drop you off within a block of the stadium. This is a great option if you’re staying away from the stadium or would like to park and ride in. This will also be much less expensive than parking near the stadium.

For Rail Routes & Schedules click here. For Bus Routes & Schedules click here. For Street Closure Schedule & Map click here.

Parking Links: Lots and Decks are operated by various companies throughout the city. They vary in availability, price, distance, and opening times. These links are provided for all Bank of America stadium events. You may be able to find other parking options throughout the city if you arrive earlier in the day.

Make sure you reserve your parking for the SAME DAY as your game ticket.

Entry Policy

Bag Policy: To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to Bank of America Stadium, the team and the NFL enforce a clear bag policy wherein approved items may be placed in transparent plastic, vinyl or PVC bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or purses, bags or clutches no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″.

Guests may bring two sealed 16.9 oz bottles of water per person.

Security upon Entry: Per the NFL’s mandated enhanced security screening procedures, all patrons and their belongings will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Patrons attempting to enter with prohibited items are subject to ejection. All patrons will be screened using magnetometers. By tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, fans consent to such searches and waive any claims that they might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and stadium landlord, or their agents. If individuals elect not to consent to the searches, they will be denied entry into the stadium.

Re-Entry: Please come to the game prepared with all your needs and weather-appropriate gear. There is no-reentry into the stadium or plaza once your ticket has been scanned in the first time. No umbrellas are allowed.

    Weather

We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.

“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.

Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.

9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!

Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
