Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. For fastest, smoothest entry, please follow the steps below to add all tickets to your digital wallet.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium.
Parking
The Charlotte Knights are now offering fans the opportunity to pre-purchase parking in the Mint Street Parking Garage. Guarantee your parking spot just steps away from Truist Field by clicking the link below. (Coming soon!)
- Mint Street Parking Garage: 410 S Mint St, Charlotte, NC 28202
- There is a fee of $15 to park in the Mint Street Garage.
- Additional parking locations can be located using the ParkMobile and ParkWhiz apps.
ADA Parking: ADA parking is available in the Mint Street Garage, located behind the Marriott Residence Inn.
Bag Policy
Bag sizes must be limited to 14” H x 14” L x 6” W. Two exceptions will be allowed for oversized bags: diaper bags (with a young child present) and medical bags. Those bags are also subject to visual inspection and “stick” search.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Fire Drill Live! —the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Fire Drill Live! features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

ADA Seating: An elevator behind Section 109 is accessible for those fans with tickets for the Upper Club Level or Dugout Suites. A ramp is located at our main entrance at the corner of South Mint Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Cashless Policy: Truist Field is a cashless facility that only accepts the four major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Fan Services: If you have questions about Truist Field or need assistance, please visit the Guest Relations Booth, located just inside the main gate behind Section 104.
First Aid: Atrium Health provides First Aid at Truist Field. The First Aid room is located on the concourse, just behind section 106.
Smoking Area: There is no smoking allowed in the seating bowl or the covered concourse area. Smoking is allowed in the “Smoking Zone” behind the left field picnic area. E-cigarettes are also not allowed in the seating bowl or covered concourse area.
Umbrellas: Umbrellas are permitted into Truist Field, but please be respectful to the sight lines of those around you.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Check out the Plaza Map for merchandise tent locations.
Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food and Beverage
Food: Truist Field is excited to introduce some delicious new food options this year, including the Slider Flight, 980 Pork Chop Biscuits, and Rib Sandwich! Of course, you’ll still be able to enjoy your classic ballpark favorites like hot dogs and cheeseburgers, all available for purchase on site.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Outside Food & Beverage: No outside cans, bottles, plastic containers, boxes, coolers, or food packages will be permitted to be carried inside Truist Field. Truist Field does allow fans to bring one empty water bottle inside, as water fountains are located throughout the ballpark. Ice is available to fans (upon request) at concession stands.

Banana Ball Backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R,” but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” -the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
