Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download all your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Public Transportation: The Cincinnati Bell Connector is Cincinnati’s modern streetcar system on a 3.6-mile loop connecting the riverfront at The Banks, Downtown and Over-the-Rhine. The streetcar is FREE to ride and Station 1 at The Banks is just steps away from Great American Ball Park. For more information, visit www.cincinnati-oh.gov/streetcar.
Accessible Parking/Drop-Off: There is an accessible pick/drop off zone located at the corner of Broadway and Mehring Way on the Southeast corner of the ballpark. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before plaza open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.
Entry Policy
Bags can be brought into the ballpark under the following restrictions:

Backpacks (defined as multi-pocketed bags that are worn on the back) are prohibited unless they are specifically designed for medical or infant care)

Metal Detectors: Major League Baseball is mandating the screening process of all fans upon entry into every MLB ballpark in order to increase and standardize security practices across the game.
Exit/Re-Entry: Re-entry to Great American Ball Park is not permitted.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Before the Peel—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: Reds Guest Relations Representatives assist our Guests from our Fan Accommodation locations behind section 119 and section 420.
First Aid Location: First Aid Stations are staffed with trained medical personnel affiliated with TriHealth’s Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospital. Guests will find the Great American Ball Park First Aid Stations on the Terrace Level near sections 125-126, on the Terrace Level near sections 109-110, and on the View Level near section 411.
Strollers: Great American Ball Park welcomes guests that bring and utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement, block any aisle, or be placed under your seats. If not in use, they must be stored. Please meet a Fan Accommodations representative for assistance with our stroller corrals. Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search prior to entry by Reds Public Safety staff. Strollers may be checked in at our Fan Zone Fan Accommodation or at View Level Fan Accommodation.
Restrooms: Family Restrooms are located at Section 101, 109, 120, 127, 136, 413, and 437. All public restrooms throughout the ballpark, including family restrooms, have baby changing stations and are accessible.
Nursing Room: There are two Nursing Suite locations. One is the Pampers Nursing Suite Built by Fischer Homes. This is Located on the Suite Level, go to the Champions Club elevator featuring Rosie Red and the Pampers Nursing Suite logo and take it to Suite Level. The second is the Pampers Nursing Suite, presented by TriHealth. This is located on the View Level by the TriHealth Family Zone, go to The Handlebar elevator and take it to the View Level.
Cashless Policy: Great American Ball Park is now a cashless venue. For those that are not yet cashless, Cash-to-Card Machines are available on the Terrace Level near Section 119 and on the View Level near Section 427. These machines will accept your cash and load it onto a Mastercard gift card that can be used.
Smoking: Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility under Ohio Law. There is a designated smoking area, outside of Gapper’s Alley (Gate B) behind Section 119, that is available for those that wish to smoke. Guests inside of the ballpark can use the re-entry gate at the Gapper’s Alley gates to gain access to the smoking area. Guests are subject to metal detection and carry-in item screening upon re-entry and all other entry policies remain in place. If a guest uses any other gate to exit, other than the designated gate for re-entry, they will not be able to partake in the re-entry service.

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.
Want to show up to your game in style? Come visit us and shop for merchandise during one of our early merchandise offerings: Thursday, June 12, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Friday, June 13, from 11:00 AM until the end of the post-game plaza; and Saturday, June 14, from 11:00 AM until the end of the post-game plaza.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Dietary Restrictions: Learn more about gluten, dairy, peanut, tree nut, egg, soy, sesame, shellfish, or fish contaminants in food items throughout the ballpark at this link.
Outside Food & Drink: Fans can bring in food that is contained in a clear, plastic bag no larger than one gallon in size. These food items should resemble individual portions and not bulk quantities. A factory-sealed, clear plastic bottle of water or sports drink, no larger than one liter, will be allowed per fan. Frozen water bottles are prohibited for safety purposes. Items that do not meet these guidelines will not be allowed.
Ada Accessibility
Accessible Parking: Accessible parking is available in the East section of the Central Riverfront Garage (formerly called the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage) and in the East Garage. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space.
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is located in the last rows of Infield Box, Field Box, Terrace Line, Terrace Outfield, Mezzanine, Outer Mezzanine and View Level Box. All ADA seating is accessible by elevators and ramps.
Service Animals: In accordance with ADA Guidelines, service dogs and service dogs in training are welcome at Great American Ball Park. The grassy berms outside the Re-Entry Gate by Gate A has been designated as the animal relief area.
Wheelchair Services: Guests in need of a wheelchair transport can make their request to the nearest Cincinnati Reds Event Staff Employee, either of the two Fan Accommodation Stations located at sections 119 and 420 near Gapper’s Alley, or at any of the First Aid Stations located near Sections 109, 127 or 409. Our Game Day Team member will escort you to your seat and can pick you up when you are ready to leave. Wheelchairs are not available for personal use during the event.

VIB meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIB Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIB Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIB Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Dunkin' Appearance
Your favorite Banana Ball players and cast members will be serving up coffee, donuts, and dance moves at a local Dunkin’. If you’re in the area and want to have a little extra Banana Ball fun, come on through to Dunkin’.

Right on the water and brimming with activity- The Banks is where you will find everything from sports events to a lively nightlife scene. Located along the Ohio River, The Banks provides spectacular riverfront views and lines the water with a family friendly park. Along with great biking, walking, and other recreational amenities during the daytime, The Banks comes alive at night. With live music and entertainment, a thriving bar scene nestled between two sports stadiums, The Banks is the place to be.

Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
