Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Closer to game day you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark.
Parking
Whataburger Field offers paid on-site parking at their West and South lots, both are located on Port Avene near the ballpark.

ADA Accessible Parking: Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. Parking accommodations for guests with disabilities are available in both parking lots on Port Avenue. Display and point out your ADA placard to the parking attendant for direction to the closest available ADA parking spot.
Entry Policy
Metal Detectors: Whataburger Field will utilize screening equipment, such as walkthrough metal detectors and tables, at all Whataburger Field public entry points.
No chairs are allowed into Whataburger Field. To ensure fan safety, the club reserves the right to confiscate any item deemed hazardous or suspicious, including one capable of being used as a projectile
Bag policy: Each fan may bring one bag no larger than 16” x 16” into the ballpark. Any bag larger than 16” x 16” must be clear plastic or vinyl. All bags are subject to search.
Exit/Re-Entry: Re-entry is allowed at Whataburger Field.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is The Tailgate, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, The Tailgate features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza.

Fan Services: Guest Services are located next to the elevator behind Section 119. Services provided include answers to fan questions, ballpark food locations, and more.
First Aid: First Aid is located next to the main entrance at Whataburger Field. Fans in need of first aid may ask any Whataburger Field employee to request EMS personnel.
Lost & Found: Any items found at Whataburger Field should be turned in to Guest Services or at the reception desk in our front office, which is located to the right of the main gates.
Cashless Facility: Concessions, tickets, and retail purchases are entirely cashless. Credit card and cash remain accepted for parking, Rudy’s prize wheel and the 50/50 SHARE2CARE Raffle. Whataburger Field has one (1) reverse ATM where cash can be converted into a card that can be used both in the stadium and anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Smoking & Vaping Policy: No smoking or vaping is allowed in the seating bowl. There are designated areas along the street side of the main and suite-level concourses.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual goodies like hot dogs, pizza, and chicken tenders available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Outside Food & Drink: Outside food and beverage is not permitted at Whataburger Field.
Ada Accessibility
Accessible Parking: Please refer to the “Parking” section above!
Service Animals: Service animals accompanying our guests with disabilities are welcome at Whataburger Field. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
Elevators: A passenger elevator at the Cotton Club Entrance to Whataburger Field provides easy access to all public areas. Additionally, the elevator is alarm-equipped and has Braille instructions, both inside and outside the cab.
Ramps: A ramp is located inside the Right Field gate of Whataburger Field, which is another accessible way of getting into and out of the seating bowl.
ADA Designated Entrance: The Cotton Club/Suite Entrance is designated as the Accessible entrance, located to the left of the Whataburger Field main gate.
Accessible Services: Whataburger Field has a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location and/or back to one of the gates for exit, please notify a Whataburger Field employee for assistance.

banana ball backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
All fans on the outfield berm must be seated directly on the grass, or a blanket/towel. All types of lawn chairs are prohibited.
Weather
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
