Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Around early August, you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Parking
Parking near and around Baum-Walker Stadium is available for those who purchased parking passes through the ParkWhiz platform ahead of the event. Upon arrival, please have your mobile pass displayed on your phone for your specific lot – Baum West (Cardinal Lot) or Baum East. These two parking lots will open 5 hours prior to each game and will remain open 1 hour post event.
Parking passes are still available for purchase. Fans can click HERE to purchase their parking pass for the event!
Fans that choose to park in Lot 500 (formerly Lot 99) should note that University Parking and Transit rules and regulations are in effect and all instructional signage must be followed to ensure your vehicle is parked legally.
Parking is not permitted in front of Shaver Foods. Violators will be ticketed and towed at the owners expense.
Entry Policy
Bag policy: Fans can bring in one (1) clear bag (no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”) AND one small clutch purse (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, the size of the palm of your hand, with or without a handle or strap). All bags and purses not meeting the above requirements will not be permitted. Although permitted, childcare items, including diapers, must also be carried in an approved clear bag.
Prohibited Items: Umbrellas, baby strollers, baby seats, laser pointers, selfie sticks, drones, noise makers, banners, signs, backpacks, weapons of any kind.
Food & Drink: No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the Pre-Game Plaza or Hog Pen . There are concession stands located throughout the pre-game plaza, stadium, and Hog Pen to satisfy all your food and beverage needs. Beer and wine will be sold throughout the concourse in the main seating bowl area.
Hog Pen Policy: For ease of access, Hog Pen ticket holders are encouraged to entry the stadium through Gate B. No outside food and beverage, except items purchased at the Pre-Game Party, will be allowed into the Hog Pen. Personal bags must follow the clear bag policy. Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted within the Hog Pen.
Re-entry: If you need to leave the ballpark and wish to return, please see one of our gate supervisors to receive a stamp to re-enter Baum-Walker Stadium. Security scan is required upon re-entry.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Fan Services: The Fan Services office is located on the concourse level on the first base side of the stadium behind section 105.
First Aid: If you need assistance of any kind during your time at the ballpark, please contact your nearest usher. Fans in need of service (first-aid, issues inside the ballpark etc.) are encouraged to go to the Fan Services room located behind Section 105.
Lost & Found: Anything that is left behind at the stadium is handed off to the Lost & Found located at Gate 16. You can contact them +1 479-575-3655.
Cashless Facility: All points of sale within the ballpark are cashless. ATMs remain available in the Team Store and under the staircase on the third base side and in the Securian Financial Club lobby.
Smoking & Vaping Policy: The University of Arkansas campus is tobacco free. This means no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes no exiting for tobacco use outside Baum-Walker Stadium.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Baum-Walker field offers a wide variety of food and beverage options. Check out their full menu HERE.
Note: no outside food, beverages, cans, bottles, or coolers may be brought into the ballpark (exceptions are bottled water and baby formula). This includes the Hog Pen.
Guests with food allergy questions are encouraged to contact The Razorbacks in advance of your game. If you have any questions while in the ballpark, please stop by the Fan Services desk behind Section 105.
Baum-Walker field is a cashless facility. All concession stands and bars accept credit/debit cards only.
Ada Accessibility
Wheelchair accessible, companion and easy access seating is offered the day of the game for exchange, however availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be done through the guest services section at Baum-Walker Stadium.
Wheelchair and companion seating is available on the concourse level. Please ask the nearest usher for assistance with ADA seating. There are seats behind home plate and down both the first and third base lines.

Service Animals
Only service animals accompanying a ticketed guest are permitted inside the facility.

VIp meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIP Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIP Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.
Start Times:
Friday, August 15th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Saturday, August 16th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIP Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
Lawn chairs are only allowed in the Hog Pen general admission area.

As much as we wish we could all have a sleepover at Baum-Walker Stadium, sadly the field isn’t big enough for all of our sleeping bags. Instead, take a peek here for recommendations from our friends at Experience Fayetteville!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
