Seating Assignments:
On January 17th, ticket holders were assigned the specific Section, Row, and Seat associated with their ticket.
Ticket Zones:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the Camelback Ranch ballpark map:
• Section 1 to 5 – Right Field Zone
• Section 6 to 10 – First Base Zone
• Section 11 to 19 – Infield Zone
• Section 20 to 24 – Third Base Zone
• Section 25 to 29 – Left Field Zone
• Section 102 to 105 – Right Field
• Section 106 to 114 – First Base
• Section 115 to 124 – Third Base
• Section 125 to 128 – Left Field

Gameday Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators located at all scanning points wearing a Banana Ball yellow polo for assistance. Need help with your specific seats? Visit the Fan Services location behind home plate on the main concourse level!
Parking
Parking is availble at Camelback Ranch. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s/driver’s own risk. Without the approval of Camelback Spring Training, LLC, there is no overnight parking in the stadium.
Accessibility Parking: ADA parking and drop-off are available in the lot at the main entrances.

Bag Policy & Security
BAG POLICY: Only CLEAR BAGS sized 12″ x 12″ x 6″, manufactured diaper bags accompanied by a young child, and medical bags will be permitted. Strapless clutch bags, 5″ x 9″ or smaller, will also be permitted. All bags are subject to search.

ENTERING THE BALLPARK – VISUAL BAG INSPECTION: Every package, bag or object brought into the stadium or practice areas is subject to a visual inspection. Guests refusing to participate in the visual bag inspection are to be denied access into the stadium.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-game excitement is Before the Peel—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space and re-entry is subject to the venue’s security policy. Fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza.

Forms of Payment Accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express are accepted throughout the facility.
Fan Services Location: Behind home plate on the main concourse level.
First Aid Location: Behind home plate on the lower concourse.
Elevator: Located behind home plate on the lower concourse.
Smoking: Arizona bans smoking in public places. Guests will not be permitted to smoke in the stadium. Guests must exit the stadium at the home plate gate to smoke in the designated smoking areas.
Strollers: Strollers will only be permitted in designated areas of the stadium. The grass berm areas can accommodate strollers. Strollers are not permitted in the seating areas.
Tailgating: Tailgating of any type is strictly prohibited.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city, The Savannah Bananas and The Party Animals.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Camelback Ranch features your ballpark favorites like Dodger Dogs and Chicago Dogs, plus ice cold beers. Signature items available include a Walking Taco, Loaded Helmet Fries and a local Arizona Three Amigos margarita. Camelback Ranch-Glendale works with Delaware North Sportservice to offer some of the best concession items in baseball.
Ada Accessibility
Parking: ADA parking and drop-off are available in the lot at the main entrances.
Seating: Wheelchair spaces are located throughout the facility. Companion seating is available for each fan with disabilities. Please email [email protected] or visit the Fan Services location of the ballpark on the day of your game to request a relocation into ADA accessible seating if needed.
Accessible Ramp: To access accessible seating for sections 3, 4, 11, 15, 26 and 27, guest may use the accessible ramp located down the third-base line next to section 128.

VIB meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIB Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIB Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.
Start Times: The Meet and Greet experience will begin at 4:45pm.
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIB Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on-field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
Blankets and towels are permitted. Stadium seats, elevated lawn chairs or any seats with legs are prohibited.
Dunkin' Appearance
Your favorite Banana Ball players and cast members will be serving up coffee, donuts, and dance moves at a local Dunkin’.
If you’re in the area and want to have a little extra Banana Ball fun, come on through to Dunkin’. Information on the Dunkin’ location, date, and time of the appearance will be coming soon!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ball park is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate with you directly, friend.
