Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Closer to game day, you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Tickets purchased in the Outfield Lawn grass seating will NOT be assigned seats. Blankets and towels will be permitted to sit on in the lawn.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Parking
Parking Information for LCMU Ballpark:
- Lot opens at 2:30pm
- Prices: $15 per car / $25 for busses
- Parking passes for 2025 Whitecaps games will not be accepted
- Tailgating is not permitted
- Credit card payments only accepted for payment. LMCU Ballpark is a cashless facility.
- There are a limited number of ADA accessible parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis in both the Home Plate and Outfield parking lots.
- All fans must have a valid game ticket to enter the stadium. There will be no parking refunds after entering.
Entry Policy
LMCU Ballpark encourages fans to leave all bags at home to speed up the entry process into the stadium.
Fans choosing to bring in a bag will be subject to bag searches from LMCU Ballpark security prior to entry.
No outside food or beverage allowed in the stadium
Empty water bottles or containers may be brought in to be filled at designated water fountains inside the stadium.
For guests with medical or childcare needs such as diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, breast pumps, insulin or medications, those items may be brought in a separate medical or diaper bag. Those bags are subject to search upon entry into the stadium.
All fans must have a valid game ticket to enter the plaza and stadium. Tickets are non-transferable and ticket scalping is not allowed.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza.

BallPark Info
· LMCU is a cashless facility and all major credit cards are accepted. There is a cash to card conversion machine located inside Gate A.
· The Michigan Paving Guest Services booth is located on the Home Plate concourse behind section 116.
· First Aid is located in the Michigan Paving Guest Services booth behind section 116.
· Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted in LMCU Ballpark. Fans can smoke outside the Outfield gate (Gate C) in a designated area.
· A ticket is not required for a stroller or wagon as long as it is going to be on the lawn section, terrace areas or suites. Strollers that cannot be folded and stored underneath seats are not allowed in the seating bowl.

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
· LMCU Ballpark has a wide variety of concessions items available. Check out the selections here.
· Select concession items, alcohol and NA beverages will be available in the Plaza area.
Ada Accessibility
· There are a limited number of ADA accessible parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
· LMCU Ballpark is fully accessible with ramp access from the main entry plaza as well as through Gate D for the DTE Energy Suite Level. There are elevators located behind Sections 110 and 124 which takes fans to seating on the transverse aisles or terraces. The elevator for the DTE Energy Suite Level can be accessed from Gate D outside the stadium or on the 3rd base side behind Section 122.
Accessible seating is located throughout the ballpark. Tickets are subject to availability and can be requested to [email protected].
K Club Member Exclusive Perks
Join us in the optional K Club area from 3:30pm-5:30pm!
Amenities in the K Club Area will include:
- Access to private Party Animal merchandise stands from 3:30pm-5:30pm
- An K Club Exclusive Raffle (entries for the raffle will be accepted from 3:30pm-5:30pm; there will be a scannable QR code available at a table within the K Club area during that time; no entries will be accepted after 5:30pm; must use a K Club email address for entry)
- Design your own Party Animals and Firefigthers posters
- Food and beverage available for purchase
- Front row entry into the stadium at 5:30pm
If you’d like to be closer to the stage to watch all the action, you are free to leave the K Club area at any time!

VIp meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIP Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIP Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.
Start Times:
Thursday, June 12th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Friday, June 13th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Saturday, June 14th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIP Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on-field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
Fans are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on in the outfield lawn.
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
