Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Closer to game day, you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Tickets purchased in the Outfield Lawn/Berm will NOT be assigned seats.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Entry Policy
Bags: All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. Please see prohibited items below.
Beverages, Food & Containers: For the safety and security of our fans, outside food & beverage (including bottled water) cannot be brought inside Coca-Cola Park.
Umbrellas: Umbrellas are permitted inside Coca-Cola Park. Please be considerate of other guests.
Outfield Lawn Ticket Holders: Due to the slope of the lawn and for the safety of our fans, lawn chairs are prohibited at Coca-Cola Park. However, blankets are allowed.
Prohibited Items – Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Coca-Cola Park.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Fan Services Location: Located on the main concourse behind sections 106/107 at Coca-Cola Park, Fan Services features ballpark information, first-aid assistance, ticket assistance, and more. Please see a Fan Services representative for any questions you may have during your Coca-Cola Park visit.
First Aid: First aid is available at Coca-Cola Park. EMS is stationed behind section 111.
Cashless Facility: Coca-Cola Park is a cashless venue. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at ticket windows, parking, concessions, and merchandise locations.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Coca-Cola Park. This includes e-cigarettes, vapors, cigarettes, and cigars. Guests wishing to smoke while at Coca-Cola Park should be directed to exit at either gate and ask for a handstamp or be directed to the Smoking Sidewalk located in the Bier Garten.
Strollers: Strollers are allowed at Coca-Cola Park and may be stored under guests’ seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles, or stairways.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Coca-Cola Park is a cashless facility. All concession stands and bars accept credit/debit cards only.

Ada Accessibility
Coca-Cola Park was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with disabilities.
Accessible seating is located throughout the ballpark near an elevator, lift and/or ramp. Tickets are subject to availability and can be requested to [email protected].

VIp meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIP Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIP Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.
Start Times:
Saturday, July 5th: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Sunday, July 6th: 10:45am – Meet and Greet start time
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIP Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!

Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
