GROUP iNTERVIEW
To get to know you better and start building connections with fellow teammates, we will set up a time for a fun group interview! During this time we will get into the specifics of the different roles!
Phone CALL
We’ll hop on a 10-15 minute phone call to review your availability, walk through what to expect, and make sure you’re ready to bring the fun!
ORIENTATION & TRAINING
During orientation we will introduce you to all things Grayson Stadium and get you ready to serve our fans!
You will receive an email or text between each step with a status update for your application!

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food & Beverage roles are fast-paced, high-energy, and full of flavor; literally and figuratively! Whether you’re crafting signature drinks behind the bar, serving sweet treats, running concessions, or keeping fans fueled in All-You-Can-Eat areas, you’ll play a major role in the Banana Ball experience. These positions require teamwork, speed, attention to safety, and a big personality. You’ll be serving more than food and drinks; you’ll be serving smiles, laughs, and moments fans will talk about long after the final pitch.
BEHIND THE PEEL
Behind the Peel teammates are the unsung heroes who keep the ballpark running smoothly and looking its best. From maintaining clean and stocked restrooms to keeping the stadium spotless and helping prepare thousands of meals, these roles require teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. While you may not always be front and center, your impact is huge; ensuring every fan has a safe, clean, and seamless experience. If you enjoy staying active, jumping in where needed, and being part of the backbone of gameday magic, this area is for you.
Fan Services
Fan Service roles put you right in the heart of the action, creating unforgettable first impressions and lasting memories for our fans. Whether you’re welcoming guests as an Usher, helping fans rep their Banana spirit in Merch, or kicking off the experience in the parking lots as a Parking Penguin, these roles are all about high energy, friendliness, and connection. You’ll be fan-facing, upbeat, and ready to bring the fun; guiding, assisting, and entertaining fans while setting the tone for an incredible Banana Ball gameday from start to finish. “
