Tickets & Seating

Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:

Closer to game day you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased. 

Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.

Tickets purchased in the Outfield Lawn grass seating will NOT be assigned seats. Blankets and towels will be permitted to sit on in the lawn. 

Pre-Game Day Assistance:

Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark.

Entry Policy

Metal Detectors: Walk-through metal detectors are used at ballpark entry gates. Upon entry to the ballpark, fans will have their bags searched and will need to empty pockets before walking through a metal detector. Mobile phones and keys should remain in your pockets during entry. Any open liquids containers need to be empty before you enter the security lines.

Bag policy : All bags must adhere to the “CLEAR BAG POLICY” and are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Prohibited items should be disposed of in the trash or recycle containers or may be returned to one’s vehicle.

Exit/Re-Entry: Sutter Health Park does not offer Exit/Re-entry privileges from the ball park. Once a guest has exited the ballpark, the ticket will not be valid for entry again.

Beverages, Food & Containers: Guests are not allowed to bring any outside beverages, cans, or bottles into the ballpark with the exception of the following items: unopened, soft-sided containers of drinks such as water, small milk cartons, juice boxes or pouches, baby formula, bottles, baby food for children, and medication or other special needs. Please note that permitted sealed bottled water only applies to water without ANYTHING added to it. Sports drinks or other flavored waters are not allowed. Reusable beverage containers are permitted inside the stadium so long as they are empty. Permission to enter the stadium with any beverage is at the discretion of security or front office personnel.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.

At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!

You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!

The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

    BallPark Info

    Fan Services: The Guest Services Office is located on the Concourse Level at Section 112. This office is open from gate time through approximately a half hour after the event’s conclusion. Guests will find a number of services, including lost and found, child booster seats, taxi service, guest assistance, and reporting lost children.

    First Aid:  The First Aid Station is located on the concourse at Section 112. If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid Station or contact the nearest Guest Services representative.

    Cashless Policy: Sutter Health Park is a cashless venue. Fans may use major credit cards or debit cards for all concessions and merchandise purchases while at the facility.

    Smoking Policy: The ballpark in West Sacramento is a smoke-free facility and all smoking, including vaping, is prohibited throughout the entire ballpark.

    Merchandise Locations

    Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

    Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

    Food and Beverage

    Food: The ballpark will have your usual goodies like hot dogs, pizza, and chicken tenders available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself. 

    Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

    Outside Food & Drink: No outside food or beverage is permitted into the ballpark. Fans will be allowed to bring in reasonably sized bags of peanuts and/or sunflower seeds only. No exceptions other than those outlined above in the “Beverages, Food and Containers” portion of the “Entry Policy” section.

    Ada Accessibility

    Accessible Parking: Please refer to the “Parking” section above!

    Accessible Seating: Wheelchair and companion seating is offered on every level and in all price categories of the stadium, subject to availability. Every seating section is wheelchair-accessible, and electric outlets are provided at many of the wheelchair seating areas for use in charging power wheelchairs and electronic communication devices.

    Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at the ballpark in West Sacramento. In accordance with U.S. ADA regulations, guests with disabilities may bring a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to perform specific tasks or work for the guest. The tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest’s disability. Please note that animals for emotional support or companionship are not permitted inside the park.

    Elevators: Guests with disabilities receive elevator priority at the ballpark. Guests can access all levels of the ballpark – Diamond View Dugout, Main Concourse, and Suite Level – using the elevator found inside the Suite Entrance, located on the main concourse behind Section 113.

    ADA Designated Dropoff / Pickup: There is a drop-off zone located at 7th street and Cabaldon Parkway.

    Mobility Aid Storage: Wheelchair storage is available for request at both the Home Plate Gate and Right Field Gate, and inside the ballpark at the Guest Services Station, located behind Section 113. Upon request, guests can request assistance to and from their seats in ballpark-issued wheelchairs. Please speak with a guest service representative for assistance.

    Accessible Services: All events at Sutter Health Park feature Guest Services Team Members who are trained to assist guests with disabilities and provide direction, assistance, and other services to ensure a smooth experience. Team Members are stationed throughout the ballpark and can be approached for help at any time. The primary Guest Services Station is located on the main concourse behind Section 113, where guests can receive additional assistance or information

    Banana Ball Backstage

    What It Is:The Banana Ball Backstage experience (formally VIB) includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

    Start Times:

    Friday, March 20th: @4:45pm

    Saturday, March 21st: @10:45am

    Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day

    *If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!

    Outfield lawn ticket holders

    Seating on Toyota Home Run Hill is General Admission. Fans holding tickets for the lawn are encouraged to arrive early for the best seating.

    Lawn chairs, blankets, and towels are permitted. To ensure clear sightlines for all guests, only low-back lawn chairs with a seat no higher than 9″ off the ground are allowed.

    Umbrellas are permitted; however, considering the safety and sightlines of others, we ask that guests using umbrellas sit in the upper portion of the lawn areas. In the event that an umbrella interferes with the view of another guest, you will be asked to close the umbrella.

    Weather

    We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to. 

    “It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.

    Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled. 

    9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show! 

    Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
