If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Parking
More than 27,000 parking spaces are located near the ballpark in the downtown area. Padres Preferred parking is available directly adjacent to Petco Park. The Harbor Drive footbridge makes it an easy walk from the Convention Center Parking facilities to the ballpark.
Pre-Paid Parking Options
The Padres and ACE Parking offer a variety of convenient pre-paid parking options.
- Tailgate Park (Padres Preferred Lot) — Entrance and exit to this surface lot is on 13th Street at K Street or Imperial Avenue between 12th Ave and 14th Street.
- Padres Parkade (Padres Preferred Lot) — Entrance to this garage is on 10th Avenue between Island and J Street. Exit from this garage is on 11th Avenue between Island and J Street.
- Lexus Premier Lot (Padres Preferred Lot) — Entrance to this surface lot is on 11th Avenue at Imperial Avenue. Exit is on Park Boulevard.
- Bayfront Hilton Garage — Entrance to this garage is on Park Boulevard at Harbor Drive (near Convention Center). Use pedestrian bridge to walk to ballpark.
- Convention Center Garage — Entrance/exit to this garage is on Harbor Drive (located under Convention Center). Use pedestrian bridge to walk to ballpark.
- Park 12 Valet — Entrance to this garage is on 12th Avenue between Imperial Avenue and Park Boulevard, adjacent to the MTS Trolley line. Valet parking opens 2.5 hours before the game.

Entry Policy
Bag Policy : For enhanced ballpark security and to expedite the entry process for all of our guests, Petco Park will prohibit bags with the exception for single compartment clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” X 6” X 12” and infant and medical bags. Clutches and purses no larger than 5” X 7”.
Re-Entry : Re-entry is not permitted at Petco Park.
Water Bottles : Factory-sealed plastic bottled water that is still, clear and unflavored and that is one (1) liter or less are permitted into Petco Park. In addition, one (1) liter reusable water bottles (no glass) are permitted and must be empty upon entry into the ballpark.
Posters/Signs : Posters can not be larger than 4″ X 8″ feet in size!
Plaza in Gallagher Square
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Before the Peel—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour and a half before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: Guests needing assistance should approach a Guest Service Center located near Sections 108, 131, 303
First Aid: First Aid Stations are located at Sections 108, between 129 and 131 in the Padres Power Alley.
Cashless Policy: Petco Park is a cashless venue. Credit cards, Padres Pay, Apple Pay, and other forms of digital payment will be accepted at all concession and retail locations.
Strollers: Petco Park welcomes guests with strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. However, their use must not limit guest movement or block aisles. Items with wheels can be self-parked at the Guest Services Centers located on the Field Level (Main Concourse), at Section 108, Section 131 or Section 303.
Smoking: Petco Park is a smoke-free facility. This includes vaping/e-cigarettes.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Outside Food & Beverage: The San Diego Padres permit guests to bring food into Petco Park intended for individual consumption (not for groups of individuals) and should be consumed in one’s seat. Outside food cannot be brought into any ballpark restaurant, club lounge, or suite. All food items should be wrapped or bagged to avoid spillage.

Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is fulfilled on a first come, first-served basis. The get in touch with our team, please fill out this Form.
ADA Parking: The Padres are pleased to offer parking immediately adjacent to Petco Park for guests with disabilities or special needs at the 6th and K Parkade. This garage is located on the west side of the ballpark and can be accessed via 6th Avenue. The parking rate is $15 (subject to change) and is available on a first come, first served basis.
Drop-Off Areas: Drop-off and pick-up zones for guests are located on both the west and east sides of Petco Park. On the west side of the ballpark, guests may utilize 6th Avenue and K Street. On the east side of the ballpark, guests may utilize 10th Avenue and Park Boulevard.
K Club Member Exclusive Perks
Join us in The Loft from 2:00pm-3:45pm on Friday and Saturday. Access to the K Club space is located after you scan your tickets into the plaza. The star on the plaza indicates the location. The space will be to the right of the stage when you’re facing it and you will take the escalators up to the 5th floor. It is located right by the Padres Team Store! The area encompasses overlooks center field of Petco Park.
Please have your K Club badge ready for check-in.

VIB meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIB Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIB Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIB Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!

Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
Dunkin' Appearance
