Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map to the left.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. For fastest, smoothest entry, please follow the steps below to add all tickets to your digital wallet.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium.
Parking
Please consider the following options when selecting parking at PNC Field:
- Lot A is the far Left Field lot
- Lot B is the Left Field lot
- Lot C is the Right Field lot
- Motorcycle parking is available, in designated areas in front of the Main Entrance to the ballpark
- Handicapped parking is located in the front of Lot B, valid tags required
Vehicles dropping off fans will be directed up our Middle Driveaway, then exited out our back Left Field exit.
Bag Policy
- At PNC Field, clear bags will be permitted, including clear backpacks.
- Small purses, crossbody bags, or wristlets measuring 9 in. long x 7.5 in. wide x 6 in. height or less are permitted
- Fans may bring medical bags or diaper bags of any size into the ballpark this season. All bags will be searched and tagged prior to entry.
- Umbrellas are permitted into PNC Field, but may not have a pointed end.
- Lawn chairs are not permitted into PNC Field.
- Portable stadium cushions (with or without seat backs) are permitted.
No firearms, knives, mace or weapons of any kind are allowed within the ticket areas or parking lots of PNC Field. This includes off-duty law enforcement officers.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Fire Drill Live! the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Fire Drill Live! features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Banana Ball merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food and Beverage
Food: No matter where you are seated, great food and drink are always nearby. We are proud to be a Pepsi park with a wide variety of fountain drinks or 20 oz. bottles. PNC Park at Scranton has a diverse menu including ballpark favorites and specialty items.
Beverages: PNC Park is pleased to offer Budweiser products from Northeast Eagle, like Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra and Mic Ultra Zero.
Outside Food & Beverage: Guests are permitted to bring one 24 ounce clear, plastic, disposable water bottle into the game. Children’s juice boxes and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted.

meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items!
Start Times:
Friday, May 22nd: TBD
Saturday, May 23rd: TBD
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R,” but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” -the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
