Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map to the left.

Game Day Assistance:

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Parking

Gameday parking is available for purchase through the Cardinals.

Transportation carts or wheelchairs (subject to availability) will pick up guests at stadium entrances and escort them to and from their seats. No transport carts are allowed to leave the perimeter of Busch Stadium.

Entry Policy

In conjunction with a league-wide policy established by Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch Stadium. Guests may bring in items such as: bags, purses and soft-sided coolers not exceeding 10″ x 8″ x 10″. See the St. Louis Cardinal’s list of Prohibited Items for more information.

Guests with strollers are welcome in Busch Stadium; however, the use of strollers should not interfere with other guests or block entryways or aisles. Strollers should be stored under the guest’s seat or may be checked at Guest Relations.

Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted unless in the event of a medical emergency.

At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Before the Peel—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!

You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game Party! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!

    Fan Services:  Fan Services Windows are located on concourse level and handle all seating problems and issues for that particular game.

    First Aid Location: The First Aid Stations in Busch Stadium are located on Level 1 behind Section 147 and on Level 4 in Section 351. The First Aid stations are a service to guests and employees who are in need of medical assistance. No medications or treatments can be dispensed outside of the First Aid stations. Also, minors (those under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive treatment.

    Cashless Policy: Concession stands, kiosks and other retail transactions made in the stadium will be cashless and only offer credit and debit payment options. Debit cards will be available for purchase using cash with no service fees. 

    Tobacco Use: The use of all tobacco products and electronic cigarettes/vaporizers is prohibited in Busch Stadium. A designated smoking area is set up at Gate 1 to allow guests access in and out of the stadium if they wish to smoke. The designated smoking area is open from gate opening until the end of the 8th inning.

    Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

    Food and Beverage

    Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself. 

    Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

    CurAccessible Parking: Accessible Parking is located in the following lots –

    • SP+ Parking – Starr Parking Lot- near Gate 2
    • InterPark – Stadium West Parking Garage – near Gate 3
    • InterPark – Stadium East Parking Garage – near Gate 5

    Accessible Seating: Busch Stadium provides areas suitable for people with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability (“Accessible Seating”) under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible seating is located throughout the ballpark near an elevator, lift and/or ramp. All ADA tickets requested through the Savannah Bananas ADA form have already been fulfilled. For additional assistance, please visit Fan Services on the day of your game. 

    Mobility Devices:  Manual and motorized wheelchairs and four-wheeled mobility scooters that are required as mobility devices for a person with a disability are permitted in Busch Stadium. In addition, manually powered aids such as walkers, crutches, canes, braces, and other similar devices are permitted. Individuals using wheelchairs or manual mobility aids do not require permission to enter and safely operate in Busch Stadium.

    Some other (non-wheelchair) power-driven mobility devices, such as Segway® PT, may be permitted, provided the patron provide a credible assurance that the device is used because of a disability and meet all other requirements for use in Busch Stadium. The Cardinals will consider such requests on an individual basis, taking into account the type, size, weight, dimensions and speed of the device and whether the device may be safely operated in Busch Stadium in accordance with safety requirements and without a substantial risk of serious harm to other individuals in the stadium or the facility itself.

    Service Animals: Service dogs (or other service animals expressly authorized under applicable law) that are trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability are welcome at Busch Stadium.

    VIB meet and greet experience ticket holders

     What It Is: The VIB Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIB Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.

    Start Times:

    Friday, July 18th: 3:30pm – Meet and Greet start time

    Saturday, July 19th: 3:30pm – Meet and Greet start time

    Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIB Meet and Greet Experience through Gate 5. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. 

    *If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
