Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Around late July, you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Parking
There are many parking lots and ramps in the Lowertown area to choose from. Please be advised that several surface parking lots and parking ramps in Lowertown are cash only so please be prepared.

Entry Policy
Bag Policy: CHS Field permits clear bags with maximum dimensions of 18″ H x 14″ W x x 8″ D. Small medical, or diaper bags are also allowed. All non-transparent bags will be subject to inspection at security checkpoints.
Food & Drink: No outside food, beverages, cans, bottles, or coolers may be brought into the ballpark (exceptions are bottled water and baby formula).
If you have specific dietary needs, please contact the Saints office at 651-644-6659 prior to the event you’re attending.
Outfield Lawn Ticket Holders: Lawn chairs are prohibited at CHS Field; however, blankets are allowed.
Re-entry: If you need to leave the ballpark for a medical emergency and wish to return, please see one of our gate supervisors to receive a stamp to re-enter CHS Field. Security scan is required upon re-entry. Re-entry is only allowed for medical emergencies.
Umbrellas: Umbrellas are allowed, but please be cognizant of your neighbors. We ask that you not block the view of those around you.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE—the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Fan Services: The Fan Services desk is conveniently located behind Section 105.
First Aid: Medical care is available near Fan Services behind Section 105 and provided by Regions Hospital Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). You may also find EMTs walking the concourse on the first and third base sides.
Lost & Found: Have no fear, the Saints’ cleaning crew does a clean sweep of the ballpark. Anything that is left behind is handed off to their front office. Please contact them at 651-644-6659.
Cashless Facility: All points of sale within the ballpark are cashless. ATMs remain available in the Team Store and under the staircase on the third base side and in the Securian Financial Club lobby.
Nursing Room: A Mother’s Nursing Room is located behind Section 116 and Family Restrooms are located behind Sections 107 and 112.
Smoking & Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping at CHS Field are prohibited.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Guests with food allergy questions are encouraged to contact The Saints and Professional Sports Catering in advance of your game. If you have any questions while in the ballpark, please stop by the Fan Services desk behind Section 105.
CHS Field is a cashless facility. All concession stands and bars accept credit/debit cards only.
Ada Accessibility
CHS Field prides itself on being fully accessible, with multiple ADA accessible entrances, 100% accessible concession counters, 10 public, single-occupant restrooms and more.
Elevators: CHS Field has 3 spectator elevators which can be found in the Securian Financial Club lobby near Section 107 and our 4th Street Entrance.
Wheelchairs: CHS Field does not offer wheelchairs to sit in for the duration of the game or event. For your convenience, a limited number of manual wheelchairs are available to assist fans from the gate to their seat. However, please note that due to limited availability, fans may be required to transfer from the wheelchair to their reserved seat location.

K Club Member Exclusive Perks
K Club will have an optional K Club Plaza area open Friday and Saturday from 3:30pm – 5:15pm. Members will scan into the main plaza (noted by the yellow arrow) and can then make their way towards the stage to access the K Club Zone. From here, you will see the K Club tent, where you can check-in.
The following will be available in the K Club Plaza:
- A private merchandise stand during the plaza
- Decorate your own team posters
- Friendship bracelet making
- Beverages and snacks available for purchase
If members want to catch Pre Party LIVE (starting at 4:30pm on the stage), they are more than welcome to hop back and forth between the plaza and K Club Zone. Player appearances will be taking place in the main plaza starting at 3:30 pm.

VIp meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIP Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIP Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.
Start Times:
Friday, August 1st: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Saturday, August 2nd: 4:45pm – Meet and Greet start time
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIP Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
Lawn chairs are PROHIBITED at CHS Field; however, blankets are allowed.
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
