Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones will comprise of section on the map to the left.
Closer to the event, ticketholders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Prior to the first pitch of the game digital tickets will become available for download to mobile wallet. Download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark.
Parking
There are abundant parking options around and near ONEOK Field. The most convenient options are located at the Bank of Oklahoma Lot (located on Archer Street, near Cincinnati Avenue) and at the OSU-Tulsa Lot (located on Elgin Avenue, just north of the stadium). Parking in both of these lots is available at $10 per vehicle. A shuttle runs to/from the OSU-Tulsa lot before and after games.
In addition, Street parking throughout downtown Tulsa is free after 5 pm.

Bag Policy: All bags entering ONEOK Field are subject to inspection for a safe, family-friendly experience.
Food & Drink: No Outside food or drink is permitted.
Re-Entry: Re-Entry to ONEOK Field is only available with a proper stamp and exit scan, available from ticket scanners at the entry gates, and with a proper ticket.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is The Tailgate, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, The Tailgate features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza.

Fan Services: Guest Services is located on the stadium concourse behind home plate and is open from the time the gates open until the conclusion of the game. Fans may get information, offer suggestions or register complaints at Guest Services. It is also a general location for Lost & Found, Lost Child/ Parent, check in for on-field games and for claiming prizes. Fans can help keep our roads safe by pledging to be the designated driver for their group. Each designated driver can receive a voucher for a free non-alcoholic drink at the Overhead Door Guest Services window courtesy of the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office.
First Aid: The Tulsa Fire Department EMS is available at each home game for assistance and emergency transportation. Fans needing first aid or medical assistance should locate a security officer or a stadium usher or visit Overhead Door Guest Services on the stadium concourse behind home plate.
Lost & Found: Items found within the stadium should be taken to Overhead Door Guest Services behind home plate. If you discover that you have lost an item after you leave the stadium, you can call the Drillers offices during normal business hours to inquire about the item at (918) 744-5998.
Cashless Facility: ONEOK Field is a cashless facility. For those fans who may only have cash as an available means of payment, there are reverse ATM machines that can exchange cash for a payment card that can be used at any location that accepts Mastercard inside and outside of ONEOK Field. Reverse ATMs are located on the concourse behind sections 103 and 115 and at the Overhead Door Guest Services window.
Smoking & Vaping Policy: For the health and comfort of others, tobacco use and the use of vapor or e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere in ONEOK Field. Tobacco-use areas, as well as vapor use areas, are located outside stadium gates. Fans must notify ticketing staff before exiting the stadium if they desire to return. Fans that fail to comply with these policies may be subject to ejection from the stadium.

Ada Accessibility
Wheelchair Accomodations: ONEOK Field offers several convenient, wheelchair seating areas. The areas also offer companion seating. Accessible seating will be made available at the time of purchasing.
Elevators: ONEOK Field is equipped with two elevators to help assist individuals with access to all levels of the stadium. An elevator is located on the concourse behind home plate and another is located in the Drillers Offices along Elgin Avenue. Proper credentials and tickets are needed for access to all areas of the stadium.

Banana ball backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
Lawn chairs are permitted on a limited and restricted basis and can only be used on the concrete pad behind the lawn. Blankets and towels work best for sitting on the general admission outfield lawn and will not obstruct the view of those sitting near you.
Weather
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
