Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium.
Parking
There are multiple parking locations both on-campus and off-campus near Kyle Field. Pay upon arrival general parking will be available in limited areas throughout campus.
Pre-Paid Parking : Advanced parking is available for purchase here.
ADA Accessible Parking: To gain access to ADA parking, a person is required to properly display a state issued accessible parking placard or license plates.
ADA parking is available at University Center Garage and Lot Y / 114
Accessible shuttle service is available from Lot Y / 114 and is serviced by the Stotzer shuttle route. Shuttles drop off next to Kyle Field (Zone entrance) 3 hours prior to game start time until 1.5 hours after the game. Questions? Call 979.847.RIDE (7433) prior to gameday.
Entry Policy
Bag Policy: The SEC and Texas A&M follow a clear bag policy. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium.
The following are the only bags permitted into Kyle Field :
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Branded clear bags may have a maximum of one logo imprint not exceeding 4.5″ tall x 3.4″ wide.
- One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without a handle or strap
- Diaper bags must comply with the clear bag policy
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at designated areas.
Prohibited Items : Artificial noise makers, Food, Beverages (including alcoholic beverages) except one sealed plastic bottle of water, firearms, tobacco products (of any kind), ice chests, umbrellas, strollers, pets, stadium seats in excess of 16 inches, unauthorized banners, signs, or flags, and bags or cases of any kind that do not meet the bag policy.
Food & Drink: Fans are allowed to bring one (1) sealed plastic bottle of water inside Kyle Field. Aside from this exception, outside food and beverages are prohibited. Tailgating will not be permitted on Texas A&M campus for this event. In accordance with rule 34.03.99.M0.01, alcohol will only be permitted in designated areas, Aggie Park and Kyle Field, and must be purchased on site.
Re-Entry: Re-entry is not permitted at Kyle Field.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is The Tailgate, our ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, The Tailgate features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!

Fan Services: Guest services locations can be found in the Northwest Tower (near Sections 114 and 315), Northeast Tower (near Sections 122 and 326), Southeast Tower (near sections 128/129 and 339), and Southwest Tower (near sections 134 and 301).
First Aid: The main First Aid room is located on the lower level of the east side (near Entry 7).
First Aid stations are also located throughout the stadium at :
- North Side: Sec 117, 421
- East Side: Sec 128, 238, 338
- South Side: Sec 348
- West Side: Sec 134, near the lobby on Level 1, All-American Club
Nursing : Lactation Stations are available at the following locations:
- Ford Hall of Champions (West Premium Ticket Required)
- Inside First Aid Stations at 128 and 338
- First Aid Station, All-American Club (West Premium Ticket Required)
Cashless Policy : Transactions inside the stadium will be cashless. There are no ATMs inside of Kyle Field.
Smoking Policy : Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Kyle Field.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.
Want to show up to your game in style? Come visit us and shop for merchandise during our early merchandise offerings – available the day before the series begins and again on game day! Times coming soon.
Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium.
Food and Beverage
Food: The stadium will have your usual goodies like hot dogs, nachos, pizza, and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: A mix of non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails will be available at concession areas and portable bars throughout the stadium.
Outside Food & Drink: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in Kyle Field, with the exception of one (1) sealed plastic bottle of water per fan.

Accessible Parking: Please refer to the “Parking” section above!
Elevators: Elevators are located on all sides of the stadium for fans’ convenience. Restrictions, based on seating location, apply to certain elevators.
Elevators within Kyle Field are available in the following locations :
West Side
- Entry 2, Entry 3 and Entry 4
North Side
- Elevators are located at Entry 5 and Entry 6 in the Zone Plaza. Fans need a ticket to sections in the north side of the stadium to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 5 elevator services the Zone Club exclusively. Fans need a ticket to seats in the Zone Club or Zone Suites to be able to access this elevator.
- Elevators at Entry 6 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421. Fans need a ticket to one of these sections to be able to access the elevators.
East Side
- Elevators are located at Entry 7 (northeast corner), Entry 8 (east lobby) and Entry 9 (southeast corner). Fans need a ticket to sections listed below to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 7 elevator services the press box.
- Elevators at Entry 8 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421, and east-side suites ES101-ES120.
- Entry 9 elevator services the press box.
Ramps : Ramps are located on all four corners of Kyle Field (Southeast, Southwest, Northeast and Northwest).
Restrooms : All public restrooms inside the venue are accessible.
Service Animals: Service animals and service animals in training are permitted inside Kyle Field.

Banana ball backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!
Start Time:
Saturday, May 2nd : 3:30pm
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the stadium is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the stadium ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
