Who we are
The Texas Tailgaters were announced in October 2024 as the fourth team in Banana Ball. Their inaugural season was off to the races in 2025, when they played 33 games against the Savannah Bananas, Party Animals and Firefighters.
So, who exactly are the Texas Tailgaters? For starters, they’re not your average tailgating team. They line dance, play cornhole, and are always kicking things off the Texas way.
Whether it’s riding in on trucks, wearing full denim uniforms, or their own country band performing live, this team knows how to get the boots stomping in the ballpark. They’re not called The Greatest Pregame in Sports for nothing.
