Fans First Standards & Accountability

GRAYSON STANDARDS AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Food & Beverage Standards: Expectations & Accountability

As part of the Food & Beverage and fan service team, we represent the highest standards of service and professionalism. Please read the following expectations to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience to our fans:

The 3 B’s Policy
To maintain food safety standards, all teammates must follow the 3 B’s rule:
Ballcap, Bun, or Braid – Always.
(All teammates receive 25% off merchandise!)

Nametags Required
If you’re clocked in, your nametag must be worn on the right side of your shirt. This helps us identify who is on shift and allows us to learn each other’s names.

Dress Code
To uphold a professional appearance:
No athletic shorts, leggings, or jeans
Wear khaki-style shorts or pants (clean and appropriate length)
We want to look as professional as the service we provide!
(Remember: If you’re in uniform, you should be working)

Eating Protocol
Do not eat in front of fans or in concession areas. If you need a snack:
    Head to the Welcome Room
Change out of your staff shirt
    Then visit concessions
(Updated employee food discount: 70% off any food)

No Phones While Working
Phones must be put away when in front of fans. Being on your phone gives the impression you’re disinterested or unavailable to help. Let’s show fans we’re excited to serve!

Requesting Off Protocol
If you are unable to work any gamedays, you must submit your time-off request at least 10 days in advance. We aim to release the schedule one week before each home series, giving you ample time to plan around your availability.

Late requests—those made after the 10-day deadline—require us to revise the schedule and may delay its release. Please help us stay organized and timely by communicating early.

Fan-Ready Posture
When your station is slow:
    Don’t bunch up with teammates
Always face the fans—don’t turn your back to them.
Stand ready, smile, and be approachable
We want fans to feel welcomed the moment they see us.

Stealing Comes in 3 Forms (Zero Tolerance)
Money/Possessions – Never take what isn’t yours
Food – All food must be rung up correctly with your 70% discount
Time – If you’re not actively working, don’t stay clocked in
Be honest. Be fair. Be a team player.

Accountability Policy: 3 Strikes Rule
First offense – Verbal warning and/or loss of incentive
Second offense – Written warning and/or removal from the schedule for the remainder of the home series
Third offense – “You’re out of here”

We’re all part of the same team, and these standards ensure a safe, professional, and fun environment for everyone. You are ALWAYS welcome to ask us for clarification on any of these standards. Let’s keep showing our fans what top-tier service looks like!
