Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Closer to the show, ticketholders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download all your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark.
Parking
Dell Diamond:
Parking is $15 per vehicle, credit card only.
IMPORTANT: Updated Traffic Information
- The City of Round Rock has updated Old Settlers Park’s incoming and outgoing traffic along Harrell Pkwy due to construction in the area.
- Incoming and outgoing traffic (heading both northbound and southbound on Harrell Pkwy) will be able to fully access the southwest entrance, by Salt Lick, into the Dell Diamond parking lots
- Incoming traffic (heading northbound only on Harrell Pkwy) will also be able to access the northwest parking lot entrance
- Traffic exiting the northwest parking lot entrance will only be able to exit northbound on Harrell Pkwy
Entry Policy
Bag Policy:
Dell Diamond is a clear bag venue.
Bags that are permitted include:
- Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12″x6″x12″
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
- Manufactured diaper bags for fans accompanying infants
- Bags carried for medical reasons
- Small clutch bags or purses that do not exceed 5″x 9″
Bags not permitted include:
- Backpacks (with the exception of diaper bag backpacks), printed-pattern plastic bags, fanny packs, large purses, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes, camera or binocular cases
Re-Entry policy: Fans may exit and re-enter the ballpark so long as they check in with an usher on their way out and check in with that same usher when re-entering Dell Diamond.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is The Tailgate, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, The Tailgate features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza.

Fan Services: The Guest Services desk is located just inside the Home Plate Gate. Stop by with any questions or concerns you might have.
First Aid: The First Aid Station is located just inside the Home Plate Gate on the concourse level, next to Guest Services. If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid Station or contact the nearest Round Rock Express employee.
Lost & Found: During games, lost and found is located at Guest Services, just inside the Home Plate Gate. If you lost an item at the ballpark, please call 512-255-2255 to report the item missing or to pick up the lost item during regular business hours. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity.
Cashless Facility: Dell Diamond is a cashless facility.
Smoking & Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any areas inside Dell Diamond. The designated smoking area is outside of the Home Plate Gate. Please check in with an usher for exit and re-entry confirmation.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Alcohol: Texas state liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcohol beverages into Dell Diamond. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. All guests will be required to show approved identification. Only government-issued identification that is currently valid (not expired) and contains the following will be accepted: Name of Person, Photograph, Physical Description, and Date of Birth. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol beverage sales on the concourse level will be cut off at the first pitch of the 8th inning during a baseball game.
Ada Accessibility
Elevators: Elevators are located behind Section 114 and in the Intel Club concierge tower.
Parking: All parking lots surrounding Dell Diamond offer spaces for guests with disabilities. All entrances to Dell Diamond are ADA accessible.
Service Animals: Only properly identified service dogs are permitted at Dell Diamond.

VIp meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIP Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items like a VIP Lanyard and Team Posters to get signed.

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIB Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
All types of lawn chairs are prohibited at Dell Diamond. Blankets and towels work best for sitting on the general admission outfield lawn and will not obstruct the view of those sitting near you. Seat cushions are also allowed at the ballpark.
Weather
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
