Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. For fastest, smoothest entry, please follow the steps below to add all tickets to your digital wallet.

Entry Policy
Carolina Athletics encourages fans to leave all bags at home, but the following items will be allowed into Kenan Stadium:

- Any clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, including gallon freezer bags.
- Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″.
- Necessary medical items following inspection at entry gates.
- Up to two unopened 20 ounce or smaller bottles of water per person and empty drink containers that can be filled up at drinking fountains.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Before the Peel, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: The Guest Services offices are located at Gate 2 and Gate 6
First Aid Location: First Aid is located at Gates 2 and Gate 6.
Strollers: Non-collapsable strollers are not permitted inside Kenan Stadium.
Restrooms: Restrooms are located throughout all concourses. Family restrooms with changing tables are located at Blue Zone North Gate, Section 114, and Gate 6.
Nursing Room: A Nursing Station is located at Gate 2. Please see a fan services representative for additional assistance on game day.
Sensory Room: Please contact the University’s guest services for details on amenities for guests with sensory needs, such as sensory bags or quiet areas.
Cashless Policy: Kenan Stadium is a cashless venue.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of Kenan Stadium, including all indoor and outdoor areas and premium seating areas. This policy extends to e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and all other electronic smoking systems.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site, as well as a wide selection of specialty concessions.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of beer and wine available to purchase throughout the stadium. Fans are limited to two alcoholic beverages per transaction. Everyone 30 and under will be ID’d
Dietary Restrictions: Please contact the University of North Carolina’s food service or speak with concessions staff for specific dietary needs.
Outside Food & Drink: Outside food and drink is not allowed inside Kenan Stadium, with the exception of up to two unopened 20 oz or smaller water bottles, and necessary medical items after inspection.

Service Animals: Service animals are permitted inside Kenan Stadium. They must be under the handler’s control at all times. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not permitted.
Wheelchair Services: A wheelchair accessible entrance and shuttle is available for guests needing accommodations. To learn more about services offered or assistance, you can speak with a stadium staff member at any entry gate.

VIB meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIB Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIB Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!

Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
