Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Closer to the event you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark.
Parking
Equity Bark Park features the following on-site parking locations:
- North Side Lot (located between the Monarch and Equity Bank Park)
- Ice Rink (located on Maple St. across from Equity Bank Park)
- Maple Lot (south side of Equity Bank Park)
Parking lots and garages may have fees to park, especially during high demand times. Limited on-street parking is also available around the stadium.
ADA Parking: Accessible parking is available at each parking facility. If the location where you are parking is staffed by an attendant, then be sure to show your blue hang-tag (or point out your plate) to parking lot staff and the attendant will help direct you to an area with open spaces.

Bag Policy:
- All fans will be required to adhere to a clear bag policy. All non-clear bags
including purses and/or clutches over 4.5″ x 6.5″ will not be allowed. - Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, non-approved seat cushions or seatbacks, computer bags, diaper bags, binocular cases, and camera bags.
- Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and manufactured
diaper bags (child must be present).
Food & Beverage Policy: Fans are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into Equity Bank Park for individual consumption, except for needed medical purposes.
*One 16 oz. sealed water bottle is permitted into the facility.
Exit/Re-entry: Exit and Re-entry is allowed at Equity Bank Park.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Fire Drill Live!, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Fire Drill Live! features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: The Guest Services Booth is located on the concourse behind section 11. Representatives are available to help with a variety of concerns including lost children, first aid needs, and other general inquiries
First Aid: The First Aid room is located on the concourse behind home plate (section 11).
Strollers: Strollers are permitted inside the stadium gates but must be closed and stored at the top of the section in the seating bowl area and berm.
Cashless Policy: Equity Bank Park is a cashless venue. Fans with cash wanting to exchange for a prepaid card can find a Ready Station® cash-to-card kiosk located in the main Team Store in centerfield or the small Team Store located behind section 5.
Smoking Policy: Smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited at all times including, but not limited to: indoor and outdoor grounds, walkways and sidewalks, parking lots, and private vehicles parked on Equity Bank Park property.

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Outside Food & Beverage: Outside food, beverages, bottles, and cans are not allowed into Equity Bank Park. Exceptions include baby formula, baby food, and medication or other special needs.
Ada Accessibility
Accessible Parking: Please refer to the “Parking” section above!
Service Animals: Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training that meet all of the State of Kansas requirements will be allowed into Equity Bank Park. All other animals are strictly prohibited.
Elevators: There are two sets of public elevators inside Equity Bank Park. The elevator on the first base (south end) of the ballpark will take fans up to the club and suite levels from the Maple Lobby as well as to the 2nd floor (concourse level) behind the small team store located inside the Maple Gate entryway. The second elevator is located inside the main office building on the east side of the ballpark and will take fans up to the Emprise Bank Pavilion and main offices.

meet and greet experience ticket holders
What It Is: The VIP Meet and Greet Experience is a special ticket type that includes a Meet and Greet with Banana Ball players, cast, and characters. The Meet and Greet takes place on the field (weather permitting*) before the game. It also includes some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the VIP Meet and Greet Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R,” but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” -the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
