Nelson Wolff Stadium features two parking lots for your convenience:

-Access lots from Callaghan Road or U.S. 90 Access Road
Entry Policy
Bag Policy: Nelson Wolff Stadium follows a Clear Bag Policy. All bags will be subject to search upon entrance at Nelson Wolff Stadium. Exceptions to this policy include medical bags or manufactured diaper bags for accompanying infants and young children. Bags smaller than 5″x9″ do not need to be clear.
Food & Drink: For the safety and security of our fans, outside food and beverages, including bottled water, cannot be brought inside Nelson Wolff Stadium. The only exception is for empty water bottles/cups.
Re-Entry. If you must leave Nelson Wolff Stadium during a game, re-entry is not permitted.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is The Tailgate, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, The Tailgate features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza.

Fan Services: Fan Services is located on the concourse near the center gate entrance.
First Aid: The medic’s office is located on the 3rd base side of the ballpark, across from the Sweet Spot concessions stand.
Lost & Found: Lost articles at Nelson Wolff Stadium are held for 30 days. Guests may bring found items to Customer Service and call 210-675-7275 to locate missing items.
Cashless Facility: Nelson Wolff Stadium is a cashless venue for all Missions games, other baseball games and non-baseball events. This policy applies to the Missions Team Store, box office, parking and concession stands. While Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at the Missions Team Store, concession stands, and for parking, they cannot be used at the box office.
Smoking & Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Nelson Wolff Stadium.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Dietary Restrictions: Fans are allowed to bring in their own food to Nelson Wolff Stadium if it is due to a dietary restriction. Prior to attending a baseball game, the fan must obtain approval from Diamond Concessions. Approval can be requested by emailing shemmer@samissions.com .
Vegan Options: Diamond Concessions, the food service provider of the San Antonio Missions, does offer vegan food options. Fans can purchase a veggie burger at the Grill Cart located behind home plate. Several snack items at Nelson Wolff Stadium are also vegan.
Liquor & Wine: Nelson Wolff Stadium does offer a variety of liquors and spirits. Drinks can be purchased at the Bullpen Saloon (1st base side of the ballpark) and Bar 1818 located on the 2nd level of the stadium. A third bar is located on the 3rd floor, exclusively for fans with suite access. Wine can be purchased throughout Nelson Wolff Stadium at the concession stands and bars.
Ada Accessibility
Elevators: Nelson Wolff Stadium contains one elevator and is located in the Great Clips Convenience Center.
Parking: Both parking lots at Nelson Wolff Stadium offer spaces for guests with disabilities. Each entrance at Nelson Wolff Stadium is accessible for individuals with disabilities.
Animals: Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.

Banana Ball Backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!
Start Times:

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Evoshield Academy Sports + Outdoors appearance
Your favorite Texas Tailgaters and Loco Beach Coconuts are partnering with EvoShield to meet fans and sign autographs at Academy Sports + Outdoors San Antonio.
Shop licensed Banana Ball gear and meet select players on Thursday, June 25th from 6:30-8:30pm.

The Lawn tickets are located in the grass area beyond the outfield; lawn chairs are welcome.
Weather
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
