Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Closer to game day, you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Tickets purchased in the Outfield Lawn grass seating will NOT be assigned seats. Blankets and towels will be permitted to sit on in the lawn.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

Game Day Assistance:
If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.
Parking
Hadlock Field offers several parking options for Fans when attending a game.
- Congress Street Medical Building Garage
- Forest Street Entrance
- Maine Medical Center Lot
- located at 995 Congress Street
- Fitzpatrick Stadium Lot
- King Middle School Lot
Additional free parking is available at Deering Oaks Park or along Park Street. There are several privately run parking lots in the area that also provide parking.
ADA parking: Available in the lot located by the Slugger Statue on a first-come-first-serve basis. Valid placards are required.
Entry Policy
Bag policy: Fans are strongly encouraged to leave bags at home to reduce points of contact during the security screening process and to expedite entry into the ballpark.
The Sea Dogs will permit medical bags, manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children, and 4.5″ x 6.5″ clutch purses for personal items. We ask that guests only bring necessary items and keep track of their personal belongings at all times. All bags entering the stadium are subject to inspection.
Beverages, Food & Containers:
Eastern League Rule Section 19 states: “In the interest of public safety, no food or drink may be brought into Eastern League ballparks.” The Sea Dogs will allow empty water bottles or containers (no glass) into the ballpark.
Re-entry Policy:
Once you have left the ballpark, you will not be permitted to return under any circumstances as your ticket has already been scanned. In case of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please speak to a security team member.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, this experience features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Fan Services Location: There will be a fan service location set up near the main gate for any needs that may arise.
First Aid: Stadium first-aid services are provided by MEDCU. Please contact your nearest usher or other Sea Dogs staff member for any medical concerns.
Smoking Policy: Hadlock Field is a non-smoking facility. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the stadium and plaza.

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

K Club Members, keep your eyes peeled for more information about your K Club Perks for this game. We will post details no later than the day before the game!
We work with each host ballpark to create the best possible experience whenever we can. These perks vary from park to park, as each ballpark provides unique opportunities to enhance the experience for our K Club Members!
Perks may include things like dedicated K Club spaces or digital experiences created just for members. Because every stadium and city is different, a physical K Club space is not guaranteed at every game.

banana ball backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Saturday, July 25th: 4:45pm
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
