Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Standing Room Only (SRO): These tickets grant entry into the show but do not include a reserved seat. Guests may enjoy the show from designated standing room areas throughout the concourse and ballpark. Standing Room Only in Sioux Falls is inclusive of the Left Field Berm, and Left Field Deck. Using a blanket may limit your view of the field, so we reccomend planning accordingly for the best game experience. Please be aware chairs are not permitted in the berm area or left field deck.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

Parking
Parking and walking to The Birdcage entrance may take a little extra time, so we encourage you to plan ahead and allow additional time for arrival. Traffic around the stadium can be heavier than usual during popular events.
Once you arrive, you’ll find plenty of free parking surrounding the venue. A VIP parking lot is also available by paid reservation and includes a limited number of reserved (must pre-pay) ADA parking spaces. Additional ADA parking within the event lots is available on a first-come, first-served basis but does not require pre-paid purchases. If the stadium parking lots reach capacity, don’t worry, there are numerous free overflow parking options available on nearby streets, all within a reasonable walking distance of the stadium.

Entry Policy
Exit and Re-entry: Re-entry will NOT be permitted for the stadium or party plaza at The Birdcage
Bag Policy: To ensure the safety and security of all guests, all bags will be searched upon entrance into the stadium. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, and items deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate for entry. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city – because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required..

Cashless Policy: The ballpark is a cashless facility.
Tobacco Use: There is no smoking allowed at the ballpark including E-Cigarettes and Vapor.
Strollers: Strollers are allowed given they can fold up and fit underneath your seat.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food: The ballpark will have classic stadium food like hot dogs, hamburgers, and brats available for purchase on site (both during the pre-game plaza party and once stadium gates open). Bring your appetite and treat yourself!
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of Coca-Cola products and alcoholic beverages on site (if that’s your thing).

Banana Ball Backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Standing Room Only
Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets at Sioux Falls Stadium are located on the berm and Left Field Deck. Guests are welcome to bring blankets for seating; however, please note that many fans in this area choose to stand throughout the event. Using a blanket may limit your view of the field, so we recommend planning accordingly for the best game experience. Please be aware that chairs are not permitted in the berm area or left field deck.

Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
