Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Closer to game day, you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Tickets purchased in the Outfield Lawn grass seating will NOT be assigned seats. Blankets and towels will be permitted to sit on in the lawn.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark, as well as in the plaza before the gates open.

Parking
PARKING INFORMATION:
Open: 4 hours pre-event
Close: Immediately post-event
Pricing: There are two parking options available. FREE general parking is available on the opposite side of Route 1.
Prepaid parking is available on the stadium side of Route 1 and can be purchased here.
MBTA INFORMATION:
The MBTA Commuter Rail & Keolis will be providing round-trip, special event train service to every concert all summer long. Check each event guide to find specific timing, or click here.
RIDESHARE:
The designated drop off and pick up location for Uber and Lyft is in Lot 15, which is closest to the CVS Health Gate. Click here to see a map.*

Entry Policy
The only bags permitted to be carried in by fans for Gillette Stadium much adhere to the following guidelines:
- One-gallon clear, plastic freezer bag. Must not exceed 11″ x 11″
- Bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Must not exceed 12″ x 12″ 6″
- Small wristlet or handheld wallet, with or without handle or strap. Must not exceed 6.5″ x 4.5″

*The only exception will be medically necessary items that will be admitted after being screened. If you wish to request an exception to the stadium’s bag policy, for medical supplies (e.g., breast pump, etc.) or dietary considerations, please send an email, at least 48 hours in advance of the event you plan to attend, to teamops@gillettestadium.com. You will receive a response within 48 hours of sending your email.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Fan Services Location: A Ticket Help station will be available in the plaza area before gates open.
First Aid: First Aid stations are located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open).
Cashless Facility: Gillette Stadium is Cashless. There are no ATMs located at Gilette Stadium.
Sensory Friendly Resources: Gillette Stadium has a sensory room available for any guests with sensory sensitivities or challenges with regulating sensory input at all full-stadium events. The space is located on the main concourse of the west side of the stadium in the W3 lobby, accessible by the elevator lobby closest to Sections 128-129 on the main concourse and by the elevator closest to Sections 328-329 on the upper concourse.
Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the stadium and plaza area.

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. For a full list of concessions, click here!
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

Ada Accessibility
If you have questions or need assistance while at the stadium on event day, please visit our Guest Services booths located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open).
Parking: Access to Gillette Stadium’s licensed ADA parking spaces is restricted to patrons with a valid state issued ADA parking placard or license plate. If you have mobility issues but do not have a state issued disabled parking placard or license plate, please enter the P7 entrance from the south or the P2 entrance from the north for Patriots games, and P7 or P1 for Revolution matches and concerts/special events. When you arrive, inform the cashier that you require close parking and they will do their best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Banana Ball Backstage
What It Is:The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
