Fan Services: The Guest Services center is located on the main concourse above section 16. A concierge is also located on the Skybox level behind home plate. A Space Cowboys representative will be available at all times to offer 110% customer service.

First Aid: First Aid is located on behind Section 11 on the first base side inside the breezeway. Please report all injuries, accidents or any illnesses requiring assistance at this location, and do not leave the stadium without reporting injuries.

Lost & Found: Lost and found is located at the Guest Services Center on the main concourse. If you have lost an item at the stadium, please call 281-240-4487 to report the missing item or pick up the item during normal business hours.

Cashless Facility: Constellation ballpark is a cashless facility

Smoking & Vaping Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind will be allowed in the ballpark or plaza area.

Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food: In addition to Skybox catering services and the Regions Bank Club gourmet buffet stations, Constellation Field features many local Texas and ballpark favorites that will make your mouth water from the second you step through the gate! A full concessions map can be found on our website HERE.

Our concession stands do sell food items with common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat, etc). If you have food allergies, please contact the Front Office at 281-240-4487 to ensure we are able to accommodate your need to restrict contact with any specific allergens. The concession stands offer a wide variety of food ranging from the local flavor. There is something for everyone at the concession stands!

Alcohol: Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into or out of Constellation Field. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. No one under 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages inside the Constellation Field. No alcoholic beverages will be sold after the 7th inning.

Constellation Field is completely handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements. Handicap accessible parking is available in Lot A and Lot B for those with government issued placards. Those who do not have a handicap placard but need assistance should contact the Regions Bank Ticket Office in advance of the game to make special arrangements.

Elevators: The elevator to the Regions Bank Club/Skyboxes is located in the main lobby situated next to the Regions Bank Ticket Office. The main lobby may also be accessed through the glass doors directly to the right of our Guest Services Center.

Hey K Club!

Due to the way that the stadium is set up this weekend in Sugar Land, we won’t have an exclusive zone available for us. This means there will be no separate K Club area in the plaza or inside the ballpark. We will, however, have the K Club tent set up to give out the DIY posters, but it will be out in the general plaza rather than within a dedicated K Club space. The tent will be open from 3:30pm-5:15pm on Friday and Saturday.

Even though we don’t have a designated K Club space this weekend in Sugar Land, we still wanted to have a fun activity for y’all. Let’s play B-I-N-G-O!

We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.

“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.

Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.

9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!

Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
