MARKETPLACE FAQ

The Fans First Ticket Marketplace is Banana Ball’s official face-value resale platform, allowing fans who can no longer attend a show to list their tickets for other fans to purchase at the original price paid. The platform is built to keep tickets out of the hands of scalpers and third-party resellers, ensuring every fan has a fair shot at face-value tickets directly through an official channel.

Each fan will have the opportunity to purchase up to 5 tickets for the 2026 calendar year. The Marketplace will open for each city after seating assignments are completed. There are no fees for buying or selling tickets on the Fans First Marketplace. The price you see is the price you pay – No taxes or hidden fees!

How do I sell my tickets on Marketplace?

Through your Manage Tickets and Transfers page on your Fans First account, you can select the tickets you wish to list on the Marketplace. If your tickets are eligible for sale on the Marketplace, you’ll see a red LIST TICKETS button at the bottom of the screen.

How do I buy tickets from the Marketplace?

Through the yellow “Ticket Marketplace” button at the bottom of the page through your Fans First account.

Why don't I see tickets available for my city?

Typically, the Marketplace opens for ticket listings and sales 10 to 14 days prior to the event. If tickets are not yet available for purchase, click the “Notify Me” button in order to be alerted via email when the Marketplace opens.

Will I be able to see my section before purchasing a ticket off the Marketplace?

The Marketplace opens once seating assignments have been completed for your city. All purchases are for exact Section, Row, and Seat. Note: General Admission areas like Standing Room Only and Outfield Lawn are section-only selections. After a purchase is made, we cannot assist with relocations.

Can I reclaim my tickets after I post them?

The Marketplace closes approximately one hour after first pitch. You can remove your listing at any time before it closes, as long as your tickets haven’t already sold.

How do I know if my tickets were sold successfully?

There will be a note in your account that the ticket has been sold successfully, and a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of a successful sale.

What if my tickets don't sell?

If your tickets are not sold on Marketplace, you will see a note in your Fans First account under the “Manage Tickets and Transfers” tab stating “Listed on marketplace, unsold” in green. If your tickets are unsold, we will not be able to prvide a refund.

Can I list my current tickets to buy better seats?

A majority of the tickets available on the Marketplace are singles and spares listed by fans – if you see suitable tickets for purchase, you’re free to buy those and list yours. You’ll receive payment only if your listed tickets sell.
