There are ample parking garages and lots near AutoZone Park. You can reserve a spot in advance with Premium Parking, the preferred parking of the Memphis Redbirds, through the landing pages for One Commerce Square, 250 Peabody Garage and First Park Place Garage listed below.

Bag policy:

In the interest of employee safety and to expedite security screenings, only clear bags will be allowed, no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a one-gallon clear plastic bag. Clutch bags or purses smaller than 4.5″ x 6.5″ do not need to be clear.

Beverages, Food & Containers:

Guests are not allowed to bring any outside food or drink items into AutoZone Park. However, patrons are permitted to bring certain food or drink with them for specific medical conditions and formula for babies. Items needed to be kept cool may be brought in a small, soft-sided cooler which is subject to search. Empty water bottles are allowed and may be filled at water fountains throughout the stadium.

Fan Services Location: Located on the main level concourse near sections 104 & 106.

First Aid: Security Office just to the right of the Fan Services kiosk, directly behind Section 100.

Cashless Ballpark: All concession stands throughout AutoZone Park are completely cashless. All locations accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

There are no ATM machines located inside AutoZone Park.

Smoking Policy: AutoZone Park is a smoke-free and tobacco-free facility, including “smokeless” cigarettes. This includes the designated plaza area. 

Re-entry Policy: Re-entry will not be available.

Strollers: Fold-up strollers (should be stored under your seat)

Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.

Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself. 

Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

AutoZone Park is ADA accessible, offering wheelchair accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, and seating.

Accessible Parking:
A limited number of accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Toyota parking garage which is just north of the main entrance of AutoZone Park on the corner of 3rd and Madison St. There are also other various parking garages with accesible parking located within close proximity to AutoZone Park.

K Club Members will have access to an Exclusive Zone within the plaza from 3:30pm – 5:15pm on Saturday, and 10:00am – 11:15am on Sunday.

Please use the plaza map above to find the location of the Exclusive Zone with the following activities:

• Design your own Party Animal or Clowns poster
• Create a friendship bracelet
• Play with some chalk and create a masterpiece
• Shop at a Party Animals merchandise tent

Please have your K Club badge out and ready for verification. As the member, you’ll need to escort your party into the area since you’ll be the one with the badge and tickets. You’ll be able to come and go from the Exclusive Zone into the plaza, however, please take into account the closing time of the K Club area.

***Please note that once the Zone closes at 5:15pm on Saturday and 11:15am on Sunday you won’t be allowed to enter the space again and will have to wait within the main plaza until the gates open. 

What It Is:The Banana Ball Backstage experience (formally VIB) includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.

*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!

Fans are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on in the outfield lawn; however, lawn chairs, beach style chairs, chaise lounges, and lounge style chairs will not be permitted. 

We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to. 

“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.

Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled. 

9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show! 

Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
