About the role

It’s no secret that Banana Ball is the Greatest Show in Sports. It combines top talent on the field with unmatched entertainment, and at the helm are our one-of-a-kind coaches. As Banana Ball grows, we’ll be looking for more coaches to help develop our players.

Every Banana Ball coach commits to nine non-negotiables: an all-in Fans First mentality, flexibility, high energy and thick skin, servant leadership, real coaching competency in a specialty, an entertainer’s instinct, a growth mindset, relentless recruiting, and a love of the grind.     You buy into the Fans First vision and see yourself as coach, entertainer and servant leader who always puts the fans and the show first.

  2. Flexible and high energy

    Schedules, plans and roles change constantly. You pivot fast, stay positive under public scrutiny, and help in every area, often at 1 am.

  3. Real coaching expertise

    Legitimate baseball knowledge in hitting, pitching, fielding or catching, adapted to Banana Ball speed, entertainment and trick plays.
