Starting in 2027, our internship has some exciting changes! Instead of separate Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions, we’re launching a Season-Long Internship!

That means the internship will run for the duration of the 2027 World Tour (January-October)! Selected interns will be part of the entire season of creating unforgettable experiences for our fans!

Click to learn all about the Bananas Foster internship! You’ll thrive in this position if you have a particular passion for the foster care community!

As an intern with Bananas Foster, you will play a key role in the programs of our nonprofit, primarily focused on how we Celebrate, Educate, and Inspire within the foster care community. In this position, you will see firsthand what it takes to operate programs within a nonprofit organization.   

This internship is hands-on, and you’ll be expected to help cultivate and maintain relationships with foster families, community outreach, and additional nonprofits to support collaboration and grow the organization. You will be responsible for representing the organization at events, meetings, and on Game Days to promote awareness of our mission and inspire others to get involved.   

The intern in this role will travel to World Tour events to celebrate our Bananas Foster Families (BFFs) and represent Bananas Foster on the field.      

You’ll thrive in this position if you are exceptionally organized, complete tasks urgently and efficiently, confident on a microphone in front of a crowd, and have a particular passion for the foster care community.

Working within Banana Ball Operations, you’ll get to see firsthand what happens behind the scenes specifically within the sport of Banana Ball and the program we’ve built around it. This internship will include both physical and administrative tasks as they relate to assisting coaching staff with travel lists, clubhouse cleanliness, field set-up, and equipment organization.    

Additionally, you may serve as a liaison between other front office staff and members of the baseball teams to help coordinate things like availability, travel lists, and to request and document reimbursements.   

The intern in this role will have the opportunity to travel to some World Tour events to manage load and unloads of baseball equipment and supplies and to help oversee the clubhouse operations.

As a Graphic Design Intern with Fans First Entertainment, you’ll be responsible for working alongside a team of different, fun, and hungry individuals to create unforgettable graphics for fans and staff that leave a long-lasting impression!    

You’ll assist the Marketing team with producing graphics to be seen on social media, emails, the team’s websites, and more. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar is required. 

Your responsibilities will include contributing new ideas and creating ways to engage and provide information to fans online through the designs you create. 

During this internship, you’ll learn about the strategies used in our unique approach to getting attention and doing things differently.

In this role, you’ll learn directly from the Bananas Ticket Department and be part of every touchpoint of the ticket experience! We believe the ticket experience is so much more than a moment of purchase, it starts the moment a fan learns about who we are and leaves a lasting impression well beyond leaving our shows!

Your primary responsibility will be to understand all things Bananas tickets and create a Fans First Impression with every single interaction! You’ll also help with the set-up, execution, and clean-up of designated fan areas at the ballpark, playing a big role in bringing the experience to life!

Throughout the internship, you’ll learn exactly how we take care of fans while finding opportunities to go above and beyond for our fans every day! You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your ideas and help execute them! We’re always looking for ways to make the fan experience even better!

You’ll thrive in this role if you love both creativity and execution. If you’re someone who enjoys graphic design, pays close attention to detail, and can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, live environment, this role might be for you.

In this role, you’ll work directly with stadium video boards to design, build, and execute the visuals that power every Banana Ball show. You won’t just help run the show, you’ll help create it. From designing original graphics and overlays to resizing content for different board formats each week, you’ll play a key role in bringing every moment to life on the big screen.

You’ll also learn how our shows are built from the ground up by reading and understanding run-of-show documents and helping call and execute live productions from the control room. This means thinking through timing, graphics, and how every piece comes together in real time.

You’ll collaborate with our Entertainment and Broadcast teams while working behind the scenes and in the control room to execute live shows. On the road, you’ll work closely with stadium partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Click to learn all about our In-Game Promotions internship! You’ll thrive in this role if you are exceptionally organized, bring non-stop enthusiasm to whatever you do, and can keep a smile on your face for 5 hours straight because you’re Always on Stage! 

As the In-Game Promotions Intern, you’ll work directly alongside the Entertainment team in the preparation and execution of all promotions throughout the season! In doing this, you’ll play a direct role in providing the best entertainment possible to all fans that attend Bananas games and events.   

During a show, your responsibilities will include assisting in the set-up and maintenance of promotions. This involves coordination of selecting and interacting with promotion contestants, prepping props and equipment, and executing our “Before the Peel” preshow cues. In addition, the promotions intern will be responsible for cleanup with all promotion materials used during each game.    

Outside of game days, there are a lot of details that go into planning to take the show on the road. In this position, you will be part of both the physical and creative prep going into The Greatest Show in Sports!

The intern in this role will have the opportunity to travel to select World Tour events to put on the Best Show in Sports!

As a Tour Logistics intern, you’ll learn first-hand what it takes to get this show on the road! Working in different stadiums all across the country is quite the undertaking, never mind all of the supplies, equipment, and merchandise that need to make it to all of the locations as well!   

In this internship, you’ll work hand in hand with our Tour logistics team to lead organized and pre-planned load-in and load-outs for all of the “stuff” making its way across the country with us.   

This role will have both physical labor-intensive aspects, as well as elements that require critical thinking skills. You will thrive in this position if you’re able to do both at the same time!  

The intern in this role will have the opportunity to travel to select World Tour events to lead load in and load out plans and to aid in the operational set-up of equipment and displays.  

You’ll thrive in this position if you love a fast-paced workplace, aren’t afraid to work with your hands or jump into any position, and are energized by executing efficient processes!

As part of the Bananas Merchandise Team, you’ll be directly responsible for impacting thousands of Bananas Fans from all over the world!     

While your primary focus will be on the retail side of our merchandise operation, you’ll also learn the process for how we predict inventory numbers for our various retail locations and tour stops.    

You’ll also play a major role in making sure fans who attend the World Tour games have a great retail experience when we’re on the road! You’ll have your hand in the logistics of planning and packing for traveling to new cities and in the set-up and execution of retail on location.     

Some of the other aspects of this role include actively finding solutions for fans to problems they may have encountered, learning inventory control systems, leading retail staff, and executing shipping procedures.  You will also learn the flow of our warehouse operations. From receiving product, to fulfilling online orders, to packing for our World Tour!   

Through each of these activities, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all Bananas Fans purchasing merchandise online or visiting the Banana Stand have a Fans First Experience from start to finish.     

The interns in this role will have the opportunity to travel to most World Tour events to execute merchandise operations and to lead teammates at one of the merchandise stations.

As a Media Relations Intern with Fans First Entertainment, you’ll play a part in providing a world-class experience to representatives from other media outlets when they come to capture and tell our stories. From meeting them upon their arrival at our events, to helping schedule out who they will be interviewing, you’ll be their go-to person while on site and in the days/weeks leading up to the event.   

Beyond execution, you’ll also be encouraged to think strategically by proactively identifying and connecting with media outlets ahead of time, developing storylines, and helping build momentum to drive growing interest and coverage for each game. 

While your organization and hospitality skills will aid you in developing relationships with other media personnel, a passion for supporting media to write and create content creation will help propel you to be an influential part of growing the Bananas presence all over the world.    

The intern in this role will have the opportunity to travel to many World Tour events to capture footage and assist in the creation of all our stories and wild shenanigans!

The interns selected to work with our People Operations team will help coordinate all part-time teammates supporting Bananas events on the World Tour. This includes learning scheduling techniques, recruiting, communication strategies, and how to make each individual feel valued for their unique impact on Bananas fans.

A core part of this internship is travel. Interns will have the opportunity to visit a variety of cities as part of the World Tour, gaining hands-on experience in new environments while helping bring each event to life. This is a travel-heavy role designed for individuals who are excited to explore new places while working in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

You will be responsible for greeting teammates as they arrive for their shifts and ensuring they are up to date on the most relevant information regarding game operations and fan experiences for each event. Additionally, you will oversee reassigning teammates to new roles throughout the game as fan needs change, and you will provide a positive final impression as teammates leave after the event.

Interns in this role will also coordinate local gameday teammates in each city, adapting quickly to new teams and environments.

As a Photography Intern with Fans First Entertainment, you’ll be right in the middle of all the wild and crazy things we do! You’ll be responsible for working alongside a team of different, fun, and hungry individuals to capture unforgettable moments for our teams, staff, fans, and more!    

Passion and experience in photography and content creation will help propel you to an influential part of growing the Banana Ball presence all over the world.    

You’ll need to have experience utilizing editing software like Adobe Lightroom or similar. To see the type of content we’re looking to produce from a photography standpoint, check out our social media. 

The intern in this role will have the opportunity to travel to most World Tour events to capture photos and create content of all our wild shenanigans!

Stadium operations & concessions are a massive part of fan experience at Grayson Stadium, to say the least! At Bananas home games, more than 5,000 fans have access to our Historic Venue and All-You-Can-Eat concessions. Our operations team makes magic happen in our limited, but well-loved space!  

As an intern in this department, you’ll have a hands-on experience leading and working alongside our amazing group of gameday teammates. You will also help prepare the ballpark for games and events, maintain and enhance our historic stadium, introduce wacky and creative food and drink options, and oversee inventory management and POS operations.  

There are a broad range of responsibilities that fall under our operations and concessions departments; but ultimately, you’d be responsible for ensuring an amazing fan experience within the walls of our ballpark through the impact of our concessions and the facility itself.   

The intern in this role will have the opportunity to attend some of the World Tour events to help our merchandise or ticketing team with day-of logistics.

The intern in this role will work alongside our World Tour Travel & Accommodations team to plan out all of the travel details during the 2027 BananaBall World Tour stops!

Traveling with a crew of 200 requires a lot of attention to detail! From working with airlines, hotels, restaurants, and even local excursions, you will be tasked with finding details that work with our tour!

When we’re on the road, we work with our Fans First staff to make sure all of the details are communicated so we can travel seamlessly! You’ll get to play a crucial part in ensuring that our staff has all of the information they need to get on the road with ease!

The intern in this role will have the opportunity to travel to some World Tour events to coordinate on site travel logistics!

You’ll thrive in this role if you love planning travel logistics, have attention to detail, you’re a friendly shoulder to lean on, you prioritize communicating plans, you are a meal planning legend, and love going above and beyond for others!

As a Video Production Intern with the Savannah Bananas, you’ll be right in the middle of all of the wild and crazy things we do! From the first mention of an idea all the way through editing the perfect video to show the world, you’ll be part of the things that drive the most attention we receive.   

Passion and experience in photography and Sports Videography, film, story-telling, and content creation will help propel you to an influential part of growing the Bananas presence all over the world. Additionally, we move fast! This working environment will push you to produce high-quality content on tight deadlines and hone your production skills.
