Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Ticketholders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Lawn Seating: These tickets grant entry into the show but do not include a reserved seat. The lawn is a general admission section with open seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see “Ballpark Info” tab below for regulations on blankets and chairs.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the game digital tickets will become available for download to mobile wallet. Download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark.

Parking
Guests may park at Coca-Cola Park for a fee that is payable by credit card ONLY, cash is not accepted.
Prepaid parking options are available and passes can be purchased at the Coca-Cola Park ticket windows during regular business hours.
Fans are reminded that there are three entry points for parking and are encouraged to use the Dauphin Street entrance when traveling from downtown Allentown. In addition to the Dauphin Street entrance, entry to Coca-Cola Park can be gained off American Parkway and Union Boulevard.
In order to help provide a fun, family atmosphere both inside and outside of Coca-Cola Park, the IronPigs have established these guidelines for the parking areas, please review them here.
ADA Accessible Parking: Preferred/ADA Parking access is available via American Parkway and Union Boulevard.

Bag policy: All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. Prohibited items at Coca-Cola Park include; food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit), containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Fire Drill Live! The ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Fire Drill Live! features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: Located on the main concourse behind section 106/107 at Coca-Cola Park, Guest Services/Advance Tickets features team and ballpark information, first-aid assistance, on-field contest sign-ups, ticket information and more. Please see a Guest Services/Advance Tickets representative for any questions you may have during your Coca-Cola Park visit.
First Aid: First aid is available at Coca-Cola Park. EMS is stationed behind section 111.
Nursing Rooms: The Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital nursing station is located at the kid zone in left field.
Strollers: Strollers are allowed at Coca-Cola Park and may be stored under guests’ seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles, or stairways.
Cashless Policy: Coca-Cola Park is a cashless venue. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at ticket windows, parking, concessions, and merchandise locations.
Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Coca-Cola Park. This includes e-cigarettes, vapors, cigarettes, and cigars.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Food: A wide variety of food & beverages, from traditional ballpark fare to foods with local flavor is available throughout Coca-Cola Park. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.

Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Coca-Cola Park is a cashless facility. All concession stands and bars accept credit/debit cards only.
*For the safety and security of our fans, outside food & beverage (including bottled water) cannot be brought inside Coca-Cola Park.

Service Animals: Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.
Elevators: Coca-Cola Park features two elevators, which are located on the concourse behind home plate (by Club Level entrance). Guests are required to present a Club Level or appropriate hospitality area ticket to access the elevator.

Banana Ball Backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!
Start Times:
Friday, August 7th: 4:45pm
Saturday, August 8th: 4:45pm
Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
Outfield Lawn Seating : Due to the slope of the lawn and for the safety of our fans, lawn chairs are prohibited at Coca-Cola Park. However, blankets are allowed.
Umbrellas: Umbrellas are permitted inside Coca-Cola Park. Please be considerate of other guests.
50/50 Raffle
Go Bananas for a cause! At this event, there will be a 50/50 raffle supporting Bananas Foster, the official nonprofit of Banana Ball! Heres how it works:
- Purchase your tickets at the stadium! *must be located in the state to purchase*
- One lucky fan takes home half of the total jackpot! Imagine leaving the stadium with more than just great memories!
- The other half? Making a difference and goes towards supporting Bananas Foster and IronPigs Charities.

Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R,” but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” -the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
