how to get tickets FAQ
I signed up for the lottery. When will I hear from you?
Woohoo! You’ve done the hard part! If you entered the lottery before it closed on October 31st, you will hear from Fans First Tickets by no later than April 2026.
What's the difference between the lottery list and the interest list?
The lottery list is open for a short period of time following the city selection show. The lottery is the only place to have a verifiable entry for tickets in 2026. The interest list open after the lottery closed on October 31st, 2025. The Interest List is a way to demonstrate intrest in recieving communications moving forward about ticket opportunities, but your entry is not part of the 2026 lottery drawings.
How much are tickets?
Our standard smaller venue tickets start at $35, with Banana Ball Backstage tickets starting at $100.
No hidden fees. No taxes. Just pure Banana Ball.
For MLB and larger venue games, tickets start at $40 and Banana Ball Backstage tickets start at $125.
Banana Ball tickets are sold exclusively through our official lottery at FansFirstTickets.com.
Any tickets sold elsewhere are not verified and are likely fraudulent.
I thought tickets were $35. Why am I finding tickets online for more than that?
Our tickets start at $35 when purchased directly from our official site. If you see tickets priced significantly higher, they may have been originally bought from us and are now being resold on third-party platforms, or they could be completely fake listings.
Common third-party sites include StubHub, Vivid Seats, and Ticketmaster, among others.
Warning: Tickets purchased through third-party resale sites are often fraudulent and will not be accepted at the event.
Additionally, an overwhelming majority of ticket offers on social media platform are scams. Please use extreme caution if you choose to pursue tickets from these sources.
Do I need to buy my child a ticket?
Little Banana Ballers 3 and under do not need a ticket as long as they sit on someone’s lap during the game. If you’d like a little extra leg room, a ticket will be required.
How many tickets can I buy?
To help ensure fairness and give as many fans as possible the chance to experience the fun of Banana Ball, we currently limit ticket purchases to 5 per person.
Do you have group ticket options?
Yes, there is a very limited number of group ticket options available for the 2026 tour. Joining the Ticket Lottery List before it closed on October 31, 2025, and selecting the checkbox that indicates interest in group hospitality tickets is the only way to be considered for group tickets in 2026.
Most Suites, Clubs, and Premium spaces will be sold by the host venues and will vary in price and offering.
If we have the opportunity to accommodate your group, you’ll be contacted directly by a member of the Banana Ball Ticket Team, otherwise group entries will be entered into the general 5 ticket maximum lottery.
Do you have season tickets?
At this time, we are at our capacity for season memberships in Savannah and are not able to offer any new memberships for the upcoming season! Please join the ticket interest list for any future ticket opportunities.
How do I get tickets to savannah games?
Due to extremely limited inventory and high demand, this is one of the hottest tickets on tour!
We recommend exploring nearby cities or even checking a new destination off your travel bucket list to catch a game.
However, you can still join the Lottery List for Savannah or the Interest List after the Lottery List for Savannah closes on October 31, 2025.
How do I indicate a need for accessible seating tickets?
Available ADA accessible seats will be shpw during the on-sale process. No need to request! Ticketholders will have the opportunity to toggle on available accessible seating plans during the time of the sale.
