Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Closer to game day you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Tickets purchased in the Outfield Lawn grass seating will NOT be assigned seats. Blankets and towels will be permitted to sit on in the lawn.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below.

Parking
ShoreTown Ballpark has convenient, low cost, on-site parking available located just outside the stadium. Parking lots at ShoreTown Ballpark can be accessed through either Cedar Bridge or New Hampshire Avenues. Please put “2 Stadium Way, Lakewood, NJ” into your GPS. A limited number of accessible parking, in the row closest to the stadium, is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the ShoreTown Ballpark parking lot.
Parking is $20, provided you only require one parking space.
Oversized vehicles that take up more than one parking space will be charged $50. Any oversized vehicle that is staying and not dropping people off will be charged $50.

Entry Policy
Bag policy: All bags must be either clear or a personal clutch bag.
- Clear Bags must be no bigger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Clutches must be no bigger than 6” x 9” x 3”.
- Childcare or medical bags must also be clear.
- All bags and clutches are subject to search.
- There are no exceptions.
No outside food or beverage is allowed in the park. If fans have allergies or special dietary restrictions, they should call the office at 732-901-7000 option 3 at least 48 hours prior to the game.

Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, featuring special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: Located on the main level concourse behind Section 108.
First Aid Locations : Adjacent to the First Base Gate behind Section 110.
Cashless Policy: All concession stands throughout ShoreTown Ballpark are completely cashless. All locations accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
There are no ATM machines located inside ShoreTown Ballpark, however reverse ATMs are available to convert cash to a prepaid gift card to use when attending events.
Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside ShoreTown Ballpark. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and other artificial devices. This includes the designated plaza area.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the stadium.
Ada Accessibility
Accessible Parking: Please refer to the “Parking” section above!
Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome at ShoreTown Ballpark, though their owners will need to sign a waiver.
Elevators: ShoreTown Ballpark has a public elevator to allow access to the Luxury Suite level. The elevator is accessible through the main office entrance or through the glass door adjacent to the RWJBarnabas Health Third Base Gate.
ADA Designated Dropoff / Pickup: Fans that need special drop-off and pick-up areas can speak to a parking attendant and will be able to utilize the areas surrounding the handicap parking spaces on either side of the main plaza.
Mobility Aid Storage: Fans that need to store a wheelchair while at the ballpark can do so. Please enter the BlueClaws Executive Offices for storage.

What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe appearance
Your favorite Loco Beach Coconuts players and cast members are bringing the beach vibes to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Join the fun with autographs, fan moments, and a taste of what it means to go loco.

Dunkin' Appearance

Outfield lawn ticket holders
Fans are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on in the outfield lawn. Beach chairs are not permitted. Please click here for more information on prohibited items at ShoreTown Ballpark.
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
