Our local gameday teammates work hourly positions with us to support our operations on the road. Whether it’s scanning tickets, helping fans find the ripe merchandise, or supporting our logistics legends, you get to learn what it takes to bring the Fans First experience to life in your city.

Gameday roles

Merchandise
Help fans find the swag they came for: answer product questions, run a point-of-sale device, and manage the line with your stand lead. Shifts run 8 to 15 hours.

Logistics
Transform any stadium into a Banana Ball stadium before the series and load it out after. The most physical role in Banana Land, 4 to 6 hour shifts with plenty of heavy lifting.

Ticket scanning
Welcome every fan at the gates, scan tickets, and set the tone from the first hello. Fast-paced and fan-facing.
