Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map on the left.
Closer to game day, you will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat that is assigned within the Ticket Zone that was originally purchased.
Tickets purchased in the Outfield Lawn grass seating will NOT be assigned seats. Blankets and towels will be permitted to sit on in the lawn.
Standing Room Only (SRO): These tickets grant entry into the show but do not include a reserved seat. Guests may enjoy the show from designated standing room areas throughout the concourse or the lawn. The lawn is a general admission section with open seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see “Ballpark Info” tab below for regulations on blankets and chairs.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. You must download your tickets PRIOR to arriving at the stadium using the steps below. If you are unable to download the tickets prior to the event, please visit Ticket Help as directed in Game Day Assistance.

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the ballpark. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Parking
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fans are encouraged to carpool and arrive early or use public transportation. Click here for specific driving directions from various spots in Salt Lake City!

Entry Policy
Re-entry is not permitted inside America First Square Ballpark. Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
Strollers are permitted but must be stored in designated areas. One Factory-sealed water bottle per person will be allowed inside the stadium. Blankets and Stadium seats are allowed for Lawn ticket holders.
Prohibited Items:
- Bags or containers larger than 16” x 16” x 8”
- Beach balls and other inflatables
- Glass bottles
- Fireworks
- Firearms, knives or other weapons
- Laser pointers/devices
- Skateboards and rollerblades
- Toy guns and knives (including water guns)
- Baseball bats, sticks and clubs
- Unmanned aerial vehicles
- Aerosol cans
- Hard-sided coolers
Beverages, Food & Containers: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the ballpark. Free water fountains are located at all concession areas.
Plaza
Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of America First Square Ballpark. This includes the pre and post show party plaza.
Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are located both outside and inside the ballpark. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Food: The Salt Lake Bees stadium served up classics like footlong hot dogs, but this delicious starting lineup also includes inventive local and international cuisine.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.

Ada Accessibility
Guests who need ADA access are encouraged to use the Home Playe entrance. If you need assistance on game day, please text the ballparks Guest Services number at 385.526.3160.
ADA seating was sold during the purchasing process. Additional ADA seating is allocated on a first come first serve basis for needs that arrive on show day. Please visit Fans Services to inquire about ADA seating.

Banana Ball Backstage
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 15 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day
*If weather does not permit for the on field experience, we will relocate to a safe and dry area!
Outfield lawn ticket holders
Fans are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on in the outfield lawn. Please see the Entry Policy list above for more information on prohibited items.
Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R”, but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” – the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
