Tickets & Seating
Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:
Closer to the event, ticket holders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat. Stay tuned for emails with more information!
Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones correspond to the ballpark map to the left.
Lawn Seating: These tickets grant entry into the show but do not include a reserved seat. The lawn is a general admission section with open seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see “Ballpark Info” tab below for regulations on blankets and chairs.
Pre-Game Day Assistance:
Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet.

Parking
Parking (credit/debit cards ONLY, NO CASH!) :
- General Parking is open to all fans on a first come first served basis
ADA Parking: There are several reserved parking spaces that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please notify the parking staff of your desire to park in the reserved accessible area. Proper accessible ID is required. If you require accessible parking, please be sure to arrive early as these parking spaces often fill up quickly.

Metal Detectors: All persons entering the stadium will be required to enter through our walk-through metal detectors or be wanded by ballpark security. Guests will be required to remove any mobile phones, cameras, wallets, or anything else that could set off the metal detectors.
Bag policy: Fans will be limited to (1) clear tote bag (12”x 8”x12”), one-gallon re-sealable clear plastic storage bag, small purse or clutch (12”x 8” x 12”), diaper bag (must be accompanied by a child), or a medical bag based on necessity. All other bags will be prohibited.
Exit/Re-Entry: Guests are not permitted to leave NBT Bank Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re-entry will be permitted only in the case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, please see security personnel prior to exiting the Stadium.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.
At the heart of this Pre-Game excitement is Fire Drill Live! – the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Fire Drill Live! features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!
You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to the game to access the Plaza – no additional purchase required.

Fan Services: Gannon Pest Control Guest Services is located on the main concourse behind section 210, right next to Pavone’s Pizza.
First Aid: Fans in need of medical assistance should inform a security officer, Mets staff member or usher immediately. Emergency medical service is available on the Main Concourse behind Section 215.
Smoking Area: Smoking is not permitted in any locations at NBT Bank Stadium or on Stadium property. Vaping is considered smoking and is not allowed. All vapes, vape products, nicotine, tobacco and smoking products are prohibited. Fans that attempt to enter the stadium with these products will be asked to take them back to their car or dispose of them. Violators of this policy will be escorted from the building.

Merchandise Locations
Banana Ball Merchandise will be available in the Plaza and in the Stadium. Merchandise will be available exclusively for the two teams playing in your city.
Our Banana Ball Merchandise Tents are CASHLESS.

Food and Beverage
Food: The ballpark will have your usual ballpark goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.
Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase on site, if that is your thing.
Outside Food & Beverage: Fans may bring 1 unopened water bottle/per person into NBT Bank Stadium. No other outside food, beverage or opened water bottles are allowed in the stadium and all bags are subject to search. Fans may bring an empty reusable water bottle into NBT Bank Stadium to fill at stadium water fountains.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible Parking: Please refer to the “Parking” section above!
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available on our main concourse and lower concourse. Main concourse level accessible seating is accessed easily by taking the elevator located in the main lobby. If fans want accessible seating in the lower concourse, simply enter at the Hank Sauer Gate at right-field. Fans can also gain accessibility to this level from inside the stadium through the Metropolitan Club.
Service Animals: Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.
K Club Member Exclusive Perks
Woohoo, Syracuse, we’re excited to be back in town this weekend! 🎉
Due to the limited spacing of the plaza, we’ll have the K Club tent set up by the gate to enter the stadium from 3:30pm-5:00pm. Within the space, we’ll have the poster and bracelet making tables. At 5pm we’ll be cleaning up the tables and getting ready to transition that space into the main entrance at 5:30pm.
*Please be aware that this is a limited space and we may hit capacity and have to pause new admission into the area.

BANANA BALL BACKSTAGE
What It Is: The Banana Ball Backstage experience includes admission PLUS early entry for an exclusive meet and greet experience on the field with our players and cast members! It will also include some fun swag items!

Check In: On game day, you will need to check in for the Banana Ball Backstage Experience. We recommend you are checked-in at least 30 minutes before your start time. Further information about where to check in will be shared here and emailed to you closer to game day.
Dunkin' Appearance
Your favorite Banana Ball cast members will be serving up coffee, donuts, and dance moves at a local Dunkin’. If you’re in the area and want to have a little extra Banana Ball fun, come on through to Dunkin’.

Weather
We never want to talk about the “4 letter word that starts with an R,” but sometimes it’s wise to.
“It’s raining where I am coming from – Is the game still on?” -the answer is YES! Keep in mind, the ballpark is in a big and beautiful area. While it may be raining where you are coming from, there is probably sunshine and butterflies in Bananaland.
Even if it’s wet – We always closely monitor the weather, and do everything humanly (and Bananaly) possible in order to play games as they are scheduled.
9 times out of 10, we’re playing ball once the weather clears. 10 times out of 10, we STILL put on a heck of a show!
Best thing you can do is plan to be at the ballpark ready to rock, as we anticipate everything to start on time! Should things change, we will communicate via email as well as post on our social media accounts!
